The need to address the toxic environment at 5 Star Swim School

I have concerns about the environment at 5 Star Swim School. I’ve noticed a toxic atmosphere among the inner circle of some staff and peers, which has led to instances of bullying, and social isolation. Additionally, healthy communication and conflict resolution are rarely addressed, making it difficult for everyone involved. I believe that implementing training on these issues could greatly improve the experience for both staff and students.
