Bad Experience with 1 of the Founder

Avoid to deal with Anshu Gupta or Snapphe and Pranav Sharma, took my money for vps and didnt provided vps for more then 12 Days and was ignoring, gave refund after provoking him multiple times.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We would like to clarify that Syntara Cloud does not currently offer VPS services to the public. All our official orders are processed through our WHMCS billing system, and any service we sell is registered there.

It appears in this case that the transaction did not happen through our official channels, but through a staff member acting outside our approved process. Once we became aware of the issue, we processed a full refund and immediately removed the staff member involved from our team to prevent this from happening again.

For future purchases, please only order directly from our website or by contacting us through our official Discord support channels. This ensures your order is tracked, supported, and protected by our policies.

Legitimacy and reliability

The host is super consistent and the staff are quick, polite and helping, the offers are best in value, the community is supportive and the topic of utmost concern 'uptime' is great, the user data is backed up so no chances of data losses are there, moreover it's a Google registered company and I honestly don't know what more to expect from a good host hence, this is the best host till now that I've used.
