While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. Promised Contact Info They Didn't Have

They promised contact info in trade for email and contact info. Once provided, it was a task to get to an option to find people, then found out there was no contact info in the first place. Will likely take my info and sell it...

The cause of spam, phishing, scams and harassment.

Company that scrapes the internet for professional contact details, also by combining info (i.e. name + mail of current company) and sells it to their clients.
Your mail is opted in without approval and no way to effectively opt out.
The cause of spam, phishing, scams and harassment.

Violate GDPR: Automate Opt-Ins Without Permission

Another unethical company ignoring GDPR. They automate opt-in of business emails, without permission.

First they should ask and only after opting-in can they legally add our emails.

We have a simple way of dealing with them: Spam the spammers. Once they sell our data we receive thousands of unrequested emails so spam them back see how they like it.

Spam artists

Spam artists. They pretend to by GDPR compliant but are not. If you contact them your mail address is hit up by lots of other companies selling things.
If you request all data is deleted on you, then they confirm it, only to send another notice of processing of personal information a month later.
Terrible company, relying on the fact that people are so fed up with spam, that they just let it go.
Hopefully they get handed a hefty fine from the EU for breaking GDPR laws. I have done my bit by reporting them.

Unsolicited US email abusing UK data.

Unsolicited email advising me that they are processing and selling my data. If this is correct then this is a US company with no respect for UK data and laws. Presumably any data bought from this company will be just as shady and useless.

Inaccurate, unresponsive and a waste of time and resources

I've been trying to get our company profile updated since January '24 (3 months), and despite 4x separate emails I've never heard back. The only way to update a company profile is via their contact email address, there's no self-serve option but there's no-one responding to the emails. I even said that I'd like to escalate the issue and make a formal complaint as I've never even had a holding response, and there was no response to that email either. If your company doesn't currently have a profile on 6Sense, keep it that way!

Shady non-GDPR company

Shady non GDPR compliant company scrapping the web for PI. Their email is written so to confuse the receiver into creating an account and providing even more personal information
