While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

If I can give no star I will. I registered for a demo and then got an email from a sales rep telling me from looking at LinkedIn we are too small to use Gong, but let’s hear from us anyway. And then asked me to reply to a list of stuff that can be done in a quick call. The cheek! The arrogance. If you give us some idea of what size company might benefit on your website I might well not bother to waste anyone’s time; some ideas of prices will also help. I just don’t need to be insulted by someone worse than a bot who has no manners, however small the company I’ve helped built and nurtured for the last 7 years. Your sales reps need some training on how to communicate with the potential customers. I happen to be with a company who has a bigger sister company. I also know people who work in key positions in big corporations. I will not have a good word to say about Gong to anyone like that.
Gong Engage is the worst platform I have used. It has cost our business so much ££ in pipeline. Do not use.
This is an "after-the-sale" experience. They did an amazing job of selling us. Now that we're mostly onboarded and learning about the software, there's a lot of disjointed responses from helpdesk tickets that send you to articles that give wonderful definition but not an answer to the problem.
We have a total of 6 cases where data isn't showing up accurately. Meetings booked are showing duplicate data. Once a contact is put into a flow, it doesn't always stay there. To do lists aren't loading and flickering off/on. Coaching feedback doesn't seem to be accurate.
Another thing, if you submit a ticket through their chatbot, it shows up a day later which is a little odd.
It's a wonderfully marketed tool but the follow-up afterwards is below par.
I've also messaged a Linked-in VP of Ops with no response.
Also, the one case that shows resolved(in the screenshot) was because I told them I already had a case on the same topic so doesn't count.
Waiting on meaningful responses. Will update if things get cleared up.
Gained valuable insights - very happy with service.
Gong is truly amazing. The customer success support is great and the product really works. Most importantly they listen to users through their product feedback process. Highly recommend.
False Advertising Promise
Their Marketing is great and they make great promises, however they also promise that when you enter your Details, that you will find out the prices. Furthermore they actually say, that they will send the Pricing of their Software&Services.
But instead I get further marketing emails with links to videos, to educate me about their Product.
And asking me to hop on a call, to then finally reveal the pricing structure.
I was very disappointed with that, because I wanted to first get an Idea on what to expect in regards to the Prices, before making time to hold a conversation.
Because of that, it totally put me off in giving them a try, as I don't like companies that do that false marketing strategy just to get someones details and then try to sell them straight away over the Phone.
