Unsatisfactory
I was really pleased with the fit of the jeans so would give them 5 out of 5 however, trying to get my money back was a joke. The company kept fobbing me off, holding on to £400 for five weeks. For this reason I would never order from them again. I thought they were a reputable company so surprised they behave like this towards their customers - rather shameful.

Unlabelled, used jeans with Cadbury Fudge wrapper in front pocket ...
The jeans selected were from a filtered list and when they arrived, the jeans did not meet the criteria of the filter. Both pairs had to be returned.
My husband ordered three pairs of jeans and one of the pairs had no labels and had clearly been worn as they were covered in scuff marks ... to add insult to injury, he found the wrapper for a Cadbury's Fudge in one of the front pockets ...
We provided all this feedback with our return but did not hear a word back ...
Grotty company, seriously lacking in quality and hygiene control ... never again ...

Shoddy and unacceptable service
I loved these jeans. So, I bought another pair in the sales. The size was supposed to be identical to my existing jeans. But, they were 2 inches longer! I called customer services who said "our jeans are all cut to the same length". I asked if I could get these jeans replaced. "No. You will get a refund, and have to buy the jeans again". So, at full price. I sent the jeans back together with photos of the new jeans against the current pair asking that someone contact me - if only to acknowledge the issue, but hopefully to rectify the problem. The money has been refunded, but no-one has been in touch. In my opinion, this is really shoddy service for what are extremely expensive (£220) jeans. I won't be buying from them in future, and hope others may go elsewhere too.

Refunds are not given, even when merchandise has been returned
Sadly, this is not a serious company any more. PLEASE do not buy from this company on-line. If you return your jeans, the probability that you will get a refund is very low. I have proof that 7FAM received the jeans I returned on Dec 3, 2022. As of today (January 24) they have not been refunded.
There is no customer service to help you. There is a customer service representative called Mia, that is not able to give you a straight answer. Impossible to speak with a supervisor or head of department.
I suspect this company is in financial difficulties and refunds will not be issued. Will be reporting them to Citizens Advice and the relevant watchdog.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! - SAVE YOUR MONEY

Terrible customer service
Love 7forallmankind but their customer service is slow, inefficient and once an easy fix cannot be provided they just ignore emails and do not respond. Very disappointing.

Refunds are way too slow
Fast delivery, unfortunately wrong size so sent them back on the Monday. On Friday received an email to say they had received them back, and that it can take up to 10 days to process refund! It is not good enough that you have your product AND my money. Have to say slightly dubious that the Jeans arrived in one day but apparently took 4 days for them to receive the return? Love their jeans but not the online experience. Ridiculous, you need to take a look look at your AI responses, or actually have some one read what is written.
