Deplorable customer service and delivery times
Delivery was 10 days later than advertised, I had to constantly chase for updates, there was zero initiative from your employees to fix the problem for me, and you had my money for 20 days while I received nothing in return, not even an apology. I have loved 7FAM for 10 years and purchased over 30 pairs during this period - never again. Ps - your current denim sucks i comparison to the old stuff

Great fit
Very helpful when dealing with the Knightsbridge store. Efficient delivery service,and the quality of the merchandise is very good . Excellent fit. I’m 5’8” and 25 “ waist ,and at last I’ve found jeans that fit my slim thighs instead of the pear shaped ones of other makes. Just because you’re slim doesn’t mean you don’t have curves, but these are nicely in proportion.

Utterly rubbish so far
Utterly rubbish so far. One pair (way too big) returned, signed for by them on 04/01 and still not refunded.
New pair ordered on 03/01 and STILL not dispatched. They wouldn’t honour the Boxing Day discount from the original pair either. Contacted CS who told me “sorry, I can see your order is still at the processing stage” - no ****!
The company feels like a business teetering on the brink of administration… or they simply don’t give a crap about customer service.
