I couldn’t be happier with my experience with 7th Avenue. The couch is absolutely gorgeous and incredibly comfortable—exactly what I was hoping for.

The white glove delivery service truly made the experience exceptional. Gabe and Cristofer were amazing: professional, hardworking, and genuinely kind. They carefully delivered and placed my couch on the second story without any issues, and their attention to detail and positive attitude really stood out.

From the quality of the couch to the outstanding service, everything was top-notch. A+ all around. Highly recommend!

Rico and Juve delivered and assembled our 6 piece couch and it was absolutely seemless. Very happy with the delivery and how quickly it was done. They even helped us with some design questions! We will be getting a new rug in 3 months and they graciously showed us how to remove the brackets if we want to move pieces around. 5 stars!

I ordered online after visiting the West Hollywood showroom and working with the fantastic Ana Castano. We paid for the white glove delivery service and it was the best thing we ever did. Best delivery guys! They were early, professional, respectful of our space, and showed us how to take it apart and clean it. Thank you to Ian and Antonio!! We love the sofa.

From the very beginning, our first visit to the SF showroom was met with high level of care. Josh Tompkins helped us with choosing the best option for us, from the size, number of pieces, and color. We went back 3 times bc I was so indecisive & nervous about getting a white couch.

A few weeks later our Ivory velvet couch got delivered. JP & Adrian did an excellent job with the white glove delivery & assembly. They gave us tips on how to take care of our couch and how to rearrange them. Amazing experience overall!

I had a great experience with 7th Avenue. Eddie and Diego handled the delivery and setup, and they were super friendly, professional, and efficient. They even helped move my old couch without any hesitation. Everything was clean, fast, and well done. Highly recommended!

I had a 3 seat + ottoman delivered and assembled by Eddy and Rob and had a great experience! They arrived on time, assembled everything in under an hour and were super friendly. I heard stories online about personal assembly taking 2-3 hours so they saved me a ton of time! Would definitely recommend the white glove service in the Bay Area!

We had an amazing experience with 7th Avenue from the moment we stepped into the San Francisco showroom to the day our sofa arrived in San Mateo. Truly one of the smoothest and most thoughtful furniture purchases we’ve ever made.

We first visited the San Francisco showroom, and Patricia helped us during our appointment. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right configuration for our space. She walked us through all fabric options, explained every detail clearly, and made sure we understood how modular the pieces are. Her guidance made the decision process so much easier. She really went above and beyond, and we left the showroom feeling completely confident about our order.

Yesterday our sofa was delivered by Eddy and Adrian, and they were truly exceptional. They arrived right on time, handled everything with so much care, and were extremely professional. They assembled the sofa quickly, checked every piece, and made sure it was perfectly placed exactly where we wanted it. They also explained cleaning tips, how the modular system works, and made sure we were fully happy before they left. Their attitude, attention to detail, and friendliness made the whole delivery experience outstanding. Honestly, they were the best delivery team we’ve ever had.

Overall, 7th Avenue exceeded our expectations at every step. Patricia at the showroom and Eddy and Adrian during delivery made this experience feel premium from beginning to end. We absolutely love our new sofa and highly recommend 7th Avenue to anyone looking for quality furniture and exceptional customer service.

What a great Delivery Team. But Ian was the real star. I believe he was wearing Micheal Jordan Tennis shoes. Luxury is the best way I would describe the way Ian looked and acted. His shoes were amazing and I can tell they were the most expensive pair in the WHOLE store. When he put the n booties to protect our carpet from the shoes I wept. To cover such a shoe seem profane. Have you ever met someone and you can just tell they drive a convertible. Well that’s Ian.

Logun in customer service was Awesome.
I hit the place order button to get my order in on time for the Black Friday sale… but I forgot to fill in the discount code!
As soon as I hit order I realized I forgot to put in the discount code & only had 2 minutes left before the sale was over!
I emailed 7th Avenue right away about what I had done and asked if they would apply the discount as I honestly forgot to put it in as I was in such a hurry to get the order in on time.
Logun wrote me back and said of course they would honor the discount, which I was very happy to hear and felt that they were an honorable company. So Thank you Logun for being a standup guy working for a standup company and I really look forward to getting my order and working with you more in the future.
It makes me feel good that there are still good people and companies out there. Thanks Again!

Alex and JP delivered and set up the couch for us. They were great. Showed up on time (early even), great on communication, efficient, and overall provided excellent service. They are great brand ambassadors for 7th Ave as their white glove delivery service.

Alex and JP were very kind and efficient. They took their time explaining everything to me. They had a lot of knowledge on the couch and explained best practices.

The guys were friendly, efficient, and careful, and they took the time to explain the details to me and to make sure the couch was set up exactly the way we wanted it. I wish all delivery people were this professional and kind! Great service!

The guys (Alex & Aaron) showed up ahead of the delivery window which worked out amazing, completely took care of everything super fast, wore booties inside my place so they didn’t dirty the floors, showed me the storage + extra stuffing for the firmness & did an amazing job overall. I was so impressed with how quick they unloaded and set up the couch. Best experience ever ordering furniture.

All I can say is epic. The quality of the couch, the engineering behind it, the design is all EXCEPTIONAL. The delivery experience was also exceptional. Not only were the delivery guys super nice, but they did a great job explaining everything and setting my couch up. I would HIGHLY recommend a 7th avenue couch over west elm, pottery barn, love sac, or any other couch brand that I cross shopped.
