Great Experience!
My experience with 7th Avenue was wonderful from the showroom to delivery. Marta was thoughtful and attentive in the showroom and she made sure that I ordered exactly what I wanted and that it would work for my space and lifestyle. Justice and Diego were timely in their delivery, communicative, polite, and efficient when delivering and assembling my couch. They made sure that it was placed exactly where I wanted it and approved of the setup before leaving. I would highly recommend 7th Avenue!

Excellent white glove delivery
We've had a 7th avenue couch for about a year now and have had a great experience with it. We recently decided to get an extra set of covers for the winter months and requested the white glove delivery which was excellent. Eddy and Rob from the SF team called me ahead of time to give me an accurate estimate of when they'll be here, came on time and replaced all the covers. They even steamed the couch to get wrinkles out which made us feel like we purchased a new couch again!

The installation
The installation, by Eddy and Chris, was extremely professional. They showed up on time and contacted us before showing up to give us the exact time of arrival. The set up of these sectionals are not easy. Eddy and Chris unloaded the truck quickly and were very organized. We were impressed by their attention to detail. They took a lot of time to steam the couch and helped us get sectional in the exact location we wanted. We were also impressed with their knowledge of the sectional and they gave us several tips to make the sectional a fantastic experience for years to come.

The truth
If you’re spending $5k on a sofa, you shouldn’t expect the seams of the cover to not align with the ends of the sofa. The cover seams run straight across the middle of the arms and sides. The covers don’t fit the pieces proportionately.
Even attempting to connect the arms and sides to the base pieces was poorly executed because none of the holes aligned.
They claim that each piece should take 15-30 minutes to assemble, but the entire process took over 12 hours. At $5k, you’d expect to be able to put the couch together without needing to hire additional support (as the company claims).
All the upsells that I thought would benefit the high-spend of this sectional are proving not to be worth it. One of the upsells was swapping the covers for another color. It was such a nightmare to put these on that I never want to do it again.
I genuinely wish I hadn’t spent the money on this sofa.

Eddie and Chris were very professional and friendly upon arrival for set up. Eddie was very communicative upon arrival as well. When explaining all the questions we had about our new couch, Eddie gave easy instructions on how to latch and unlatch then connectors which was very helpful. 10/10! Eddy and Chris on the delivery team in San Jose were the best. They were extremely courteous, communicative and professional. They took extreme care with my new couch and everything else in my house and made sure not to damage anything. Aaron and Alex delivered and set up my sofa today. They were very nice, knowledgeable, and efficient. Went above and beyond even steaming the fabric! Everything looks amazing and I can't be happier with how it turned out. I also appreciated them showing me how to adjust and move it around on my own. My experience was great! I purchased my first couch from here 5 years ago and just upgraded my couch to the deeper seats with a new fabric :)! The guys were very prompt, kind and efficient! Our delivery
Our salesperson, Patricia, was great. She is responsive and ordering was easy. For some reason we did not the extra filling for the pillows that was on the original order. They now offer set up and delivery which is worth the cost, it took 4 people to assemble a 4 piece sofa with ottoman 2 hours. So doing it on your own would probably take all day. The delivery team was also 2 hours late so scheduling needs to better. Also all the boxes are brought into the home and then assembled which we were not aware of.
Otherwise they did a good job.
