Excellent service -
I Visited the Lakeside Thurrock store with my wife on January 3rd, 2024, as I was looking for some new jeans.
We entered the store and immediately greeted with a friendly smile and a “let me know if you need any help” - SIMPLY BRILLIANT ATTITUDE.
I couldn’t find any in my size so asked the lady if she could help me find some “in fat bloke, short leg size” she then went to town assisting me and was charming throughout.
I work on the management side of retail myself and this young lady was 12/10.
The jeans I bought are great and I will 100% return to buy more after this experience.
Thank you and keep up the good work - ps. Note to management she deserves a bonus/pay rise.

Do not buy from them!!!
Company does not have the sizing they tell you they have online. They have cancelled my order 3 times. Very unprofessional.

Customer Services have checked your order details and can confirm that 'we' rang you to ask if you still wanted the cap sending out to you, as you had placed your order late Friday evening for a Saturday delivery, as stated on our website - Saturday delivery orders must be placed before 3pm on Friday. You confirmed you was happy for the order to be processed and sent out standard delivery with Royal Mail and we also issued a refund through Klarna for the difference in postage costs.
