I purchased 5 box leafed Japanese bare root plants on line. They arrived in apparently good condition. I potted them immediately in good commercial compost and managed them diligently, frequently watering them.
After a few weeks four of them died slowly. A single healthy one remains. I notified this Company by email with an attached photograph. Not hearing from them I resent the email. They have ignored it.

I had a really positive experience with Farm & Garden Supplies UK. Although my garden mirror arrived slightly damaged despite being well packaged, their customer service was excellent.

They responded quickly to my message and arranged for a replacement to be sent out straight away, which arrived within just two days. I was also pleasantly surprised that they didn’t require me to return the faulty item, which made the whole process hassle-free.

Overall, great customer service and the mirror itself is lovely for the price. I’d definitely order from them again.

I ordered Hawthorn and laurel really pleased with both .well packed and healthy plants I shall be purchasing more :)

Via B&Q, I ordered a lot of privet this winter to repair my long tatty hedge. Unfortunately, the protected bare roots arrived sooner than expected from F&G, so I had to plant them in the freezing rain. They had no chance.
Now, (19th March) every single one has sprouted leaves! What more can I say?
The worst part of the process was the B&Q website and I always look at Trustpilot 1 star reviews before ordering.

First online order of 30 privets I was extremely impressed.
Plants were very good lots of buds and very healthy.
Free delivery by very friendly guy.
Ordered late Friday said delivery would be Monday or Tuesday but actually arrived on the Sunday.
Great service great plants will shop here again.

Customer service is very poor. Have asked repeatedly for refund.

Update: it was not on the listing or photos and still isn't even after it has been pointed out.

We ordered 20 "bushy" plants from this company however them they arrived they were single stem. Really disappointing, not happy at all.

Just received an order of 10 privet hedge plants, from notice to delivery took 2 days, bare root trees had great root system, were well packed and look great, a few loss of leaves but that is expected with the shock of being uprooted and transported. Would buy again from this company.

There was a glitch with the payment system, so I queried it by email. Vendor replied promptly and said they would call me next day. They did, were very helpful and we soon sorted out payment. Delivery of our purchase was free and arrived two days later without any problems. I would use them again, without hesitation.

CLUELESS DUFFER- DONT BUY..
No clue as to how to manage website or to take payment. Despite showing sign of Pypal and Amex online payment does not work. Customer is wrong and they are right as payment system work from ‘their side’.Due to their complete stupidity I decided no to buy and luckily got a cheaper deal from elsewhere whose papal and Amex both worked and shopping was done in a click. I have been buying bare root whips from them for years and have always been satisfied with the results. You will never get 100% success with planting whips or young shrubs, likewise seeds or anything you plant, especially if you are a contactor, and leave the aftercare to the customer. I would thoroughly reccomended this supplier for plants.

Purchased 375sqm seed box at fantastic price and got free next day delivery, I mean you can't do better then that. Thank you guys.

Dead plants sent out will only refund alive undamaged returned so therefore they do not have to give a refund absolute SCAM! Photos as proof, do not buy from these people.
