Steer clear.
I bought 200 3ft golden privets for a job and 20% failed to take. Approx 5% were already dead when I received them! I tried to resolve the issue with them but was told that due to the hot weather in the summer (they were watered throughout) and that there was a few weeds in the photos supplied, they would be unable to offer replacements. I have now had to put this job right out of my own pocket (obviously purchased elsewhere) and I will never return to these cowboys. If you are looking for quality hedging, then I highly recommend you to go elsewhere.

Thank you for your feedback. All of our plants are checked by Plant Health and DEFRA before they are sent out, so they would not have been dead when they left us. We had an extremely hot summer last year which is most likely why some of your plants didn't make it. They would have required a lot of watering multiple times a day. If there were weeds in the ground around the plants then these would have also contributed as they will absorb the water instead of the hedge plants, which is why we advise to remove them before planting. I am sorry that you are not happy with the outcome but we cannot replace plants that have died long after they were purchased.
Quickly sorted out minor problem
There was a problem with my order, they sent me one wrong item (of several), but they responded immediately when I raised it with them, and sorted it out very promptly and efficiently. Giving them 5 stars for doing that so well.

Five days from original order to correct item received. Customer service not concerned about how much paid for next day delivery. Could do better really.

Hi there,
Compost is the only item that we have to charge delivery for and this is due to the weight. We ship out everything on a next day service and there is only one delivery option which is next day - so you did not pay anything extra for premium delivery as this is standard. As soon as we were aware of the issue we sent out the replacements on a next day service.

Exceptional service from this company. Great price and very fast delivery. Quality of the product was A+++. And communication was excellent. Definitely will be using this company again.

Really good product and service
I ordered a deer set for the garden, unfortunately one was damaged in transit, I sent the company an email on the evening I discovered the damage and by 9:05 the next day they called me to arrange another deer to be sent to arrive next day. Really excellent service. The deers are great as well.

A completely incompetent company - avoid…
Placed an order on-line with them on 21.03.2021. received payment confirmation from 'Paymentsense' but nothing from merchant. Tried several times to chase delivery by email (no response) and by phone (not accepting calls). Eventually spoke to an operative on 31.03.2021, who confirmed that he would check delivery of order with UK Mail & that if it was not going to be immediately delivered, a replacement delivery would be despatched to reach us no later than 03.04.2021. Needless to say, no delivery received and they are not taking calls again today - ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY AND SHOULD BE AVOIDED
