I had a very frustrating experience with them. Their sales director signed a contract with me to publish the book. After a short time, another person took over and told me that she would be taking care of my project in his absence. The following week, she told me that the person was not available and she would continue the ongoing project. Next week, she wrote another email apprising me that they fired him and could not continue his commitment or contract with me. They cancelled my contract and gave me a choice to continue if I paid three times the amount mentioned in the contract. They left the project before it really started. I would not recommend anyone to deal with them.

I don't like this business and it's practices.
