The customer service has no real person working on it when I constantly say I want a real customer service. I did waged five time but still not converte the bonus. This is literally peice of S, avoid it.

I’ve spent over $7000 and only got back $1200. I wish I took any other casino other than here.

I’m genuinely serious, I didn’t have issues verifying or ever withdrawing. But I’ve never gotten a feature or a spin worth over 100$. The amount of near miss animations doesn’t make sense. I always get glitched out right before I’m about to win, like I’ll see animations for feature starting then all of a sudden “couldnt verify your location” or any other random error. And when starting the game again it’s like it never happened.

888 casino IS A MASSIVE SCAM. Absolute joke of a casino. From all the other reviews they just mess anyone who wins about, take their deposits and then dont pay out if you win. I wouldnt know, never had a withdrawal.....
I have deposited a total of 28 deposits over the course of a 6 month period (£100 a time) and never been in a position to withdraw, had about 6 bonuses in total and my RTP is a total of 28% returned..... so that means out of £2800, ive only been returned £700 odd......that itself tells you how much of a scam and money laundering site this is. Never had any other issues with any other site funnily enough!

On Friday last week I won £40 odd , I withdrew £40. The bot chat said to wait it's pending. Now no history of such withdrawal. I screen shot everything ..I have proof .. it's fraud and against they're own payout time frame . Now whole history of my withdrawal gone ???

With a pending withdrawal for 9 full days, I’m guttered to come in here to read the same issues from other people. 888 was once a preferred online Casino with what I felt was a high RTP, with an easy withdrawal, but now it seems like it takes more than a formal complaint to the company, which is why, although I have felt the need to contact the danish gambling authorities and MGA for a second complaint. It’s sad to see even though the person I was lucky to catch in the live chat said my account was now fully verified.

I had a very frustrating experience with an 888poker withdrawal.

I requested a withdrawal of $479, but the withdrawal remained stuck on “Awaiting Process” for almost a month. After a few days, 888 requested additional verification documents, which I submitted immediately. After that, I received no clear explanation for the delay.

After several weeks, I contacted customer support and was told that my case would be treated as a high-priority matter. However, the withdrawal still did not move forward.

I eventually sent a formal complaint stating that, unless the matter was resolved, I would escalate it to the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) and the appropriate dispute-resolution process.

Shortly afterwards, 888 returned the money to my playing balance. I immediately explained that I did not want to play with the money and simply wanted to withdraw it. I submitted a new withdrawal request, and the money was finally paid to my bank account during the following week.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Clueless and rude, when you ask questions they have no idea and try to fob you off with rubbish. Then they restrict your account for no reason.
I only wanted to know why winning tickets were not automatically credited to your account and they shut me down.

Made a withdrawal on 24 th of june ,was told it escalated to the payments team . Everytime i speak to the customer service staff ,I get the same response... "escalated and the relevant team will be in touch " . The communication is appalling, I know they can take the time to directly contact the relevant department and resolve it but instead im being left waiting on a 180 pound withdrawal that in a pending status.

Official complaints are not responded to, live chat customer service is a fight to speak to a human rather than a bot. If you do end up speaking to a human they are absolutely awful , even the supervisors will close the chat on you mid conversation no matter how polite you are if the query you have involves more than 1 minute work or thought from them

Well.over £100 spent without a bonus, they also advertise this game as a bonus but clearly just a money grabbing promotion.
