Want to close my account but no option other than to talk via chat who basically ignore my requests and provide links to policies. When I ask for other ways to contact them they close the chat or send me back to the chatbot.

Do not use!! received half of my withdrawal but not the rest which is over £200… they are messing me about asking for ID.. bank statements etc them reject them all for no reason… no idea why they need that even though they’ve sent half of the funds within 10 min of withdrawal request… looks like they ain’t gonna send all of it… It’s now been 3 days and love chat are useless they keep telling me different things… DO NOT USE… AIN’T WORTH THE HASSLE

I used to get withdrawals back 2024 and I heard another company brought it and there is a big fraud going on.. I try everything withdrawals on year 2025 . Make sure . Let your local police know they are taking your money away . It’s a scam , fraud

waited over a week for any communication regarding my withdrawal. i tried to withdraw on the 11th May, i then received around half of it a week later and still after nearly a month waiting on the second half. the customer live chat is awful. you get told different things every time you speak to them. the customer service is atrocious, they will just end the live chat on you as well. used to be a very good site and instant withdrawal but after this i will not be trusting them again.

DO NOT USE. I had used this casino for a little while without problems. But as of this past 6 months they have literally fallen to pieces. Not paying my withdrawls, anytime I would win anything over 200 bucks it would be a nonstop screw around. Requesting verification docs over and over. This last time they requested documents was on May 20 for a simple 150 dollar withdrawal. Once again, for the 4th time in the past year I sent them off again. As of today June 4th(over 2 weeks later) they haven't even looked at my documents and still owe me a sad 150 bucks. I used to defend this casino because when I started out with them they were okay but it seems to be a never-ending headache now so I've officially quit this garbage scammy casino. I like this casino however I have had to drop from 4 stars to 2 because of the awful withdrawal system. I have been playing with 888 for 6 years and had no problems, up until around a month ago. Normally I would have instant withdrawal to my account but recently they are making it so difficult to withdraw anything over £50. Started with them saying they were splitting my £100 withdrawal request between 2 accounts. (That was fine because I still had access to my old account despite not depositing with it for over a year) I recieved £20 instantly and had to wait 2 days for the other £80. This time around i have tried to withdraw £120! It has been 3 days and is still apparently "processing". When I ask their customer support why it is taking so long I get fobbed off with "its your payment method" When I point out I have instant payment i get fudged off with excuses after excuses. I can't understand why they have changed this all of a sudden with absolutely no explanation as to why? UPDATE: My withdrawal went from processing to pending. Live chat now claim my bank refused the transaction and it was returned to 888 which is why the process has gone over their own 3 day period. My bank absolutely deny declining any payment, there is no evidence of a reversed payment in my transactions and the balance has also not been returned to my online gaming account. When I asked why the £120 was not returned to my casino account in that case, they had no answer and avoided the question. So its now 10 hours later and my withdrawal is still pending despite assurances my withdrawal issue had been escalated to the payment team and would be re issued to my payment card promptly. Now when I ask for an update live chat tell me I can't be helped due to the withdrawal being escalated! Absolute joke

It was nothing massive, about £300. I then tried to withdraw, and after years of speedy withdrawals (£20-£40) - the maximum time it ever took me to receive funds was 1 hour. Dozens of withdrawals and dozens of deposits, just fine. But with this £300 win, i am still waiting after 2 days. How does payments suddenly take 47 hours longer than the usual 1 hour when you win? I shouldnt have expected much from a gambling company. I'm surprised for some reason. and highly disappointed.

Up until recently I've never had a problem when it came to withdrawals but of late my withdrawals have stayed on pending. This has been the case for almost a month. I've used the chat link to help but they are no help. I was told my money would be sent that day but never came. I was then told to upload id & a bank statement which I did. I was then told it takes 72hrs to process. This was 2 weeks ago. They then said it had been escalated to withdrawals team & I would receive an email that day. I'm still waiting. There is no way to contact them directly & the online team now refuse to help as its been escalated. Very poor service.
