Scam company - do not use

I was playing on roulette and had deposited a total of approximately £450, all my numbers I played took ages to come in and so on my final go I deposited £150 and my number came in and my balance went to £315, just as I tried to play the £15 I got a message saying my account had been closed, with my 315 balance left on it, I contacted their chat support and they were extremely unhelpful, they don’t have a complaint team and no complaint procedure, I am going to raise this with the gambling commissioner as their is no reason my account was suddenly closed after all my deposits and withdrawals, this company has so many bad reviews and are clearly operating a scam and stealing peoples money.

I did try and withdraw my money which i won, i am from the UK so had to add some iban shit in when filling out my details 🙄 Surprise surprise i got an email 3 days later saying that apparently my card details are wrong and i have to send loads of documents over to them. There TV advert motto is ( made (to blow minds) well they have blown my mind completely ive deposited over €20.000 this year, its impossible to get free spins and when your a fool like me to keep depositing untill you do get them, they take what you won right back. It should be illegal what they do, what casino would take 700euro on a 1euro bet and when I finally got free spins they gave €3.00 actually I lied they gave me €3.05 is that what they mean when there TV advert says MADE TO BLOW MINDS, I nearly throw up with shock. Another time they took €600 from a game and when i finally got free spins they closed the game themselves saying technical error, I screenshot the page where it showed free spins and technical error and then contacted customer service, because I had the screenshot they said we apologise for this and we have re-granted you free spins, and to my disbelief I was thinking how can you regrant free spins when games are are supposed to be games of chance, I said on which game is the free spins, they said on any game, I have the screen shot of the conversation. So again like a fool I played a game of choice and after €200 loss I got off that game went back to the game they kick me off and after several times restarting game the free spins finally played through, so after the €600 it took to get the spins and the €200 i lossed because they said any game, i won (drum roll) €24.
I will be contacting the ombudsman with my complaint the fact they said they will be re-granting my free spins, that is just admitting its all a fix because all casinos are supposed to be games of chance, even though I know there all a fix , having them type this in a webchat saying regranted on any game and having the proof with a screen shot. Long Time Member Very Disappointed

Let me start by saying that I have been a member of 888 casino for a nearly a decade. I have "VIP" designation. One would think that 888 would at least treat their longstanding members with some dignity/respect...They do not.

I have had several issues with 888 in the past year (and a few notable issues in the past week), including the following:

- 888 has incredibly poor response times. I have waited for weeks to have simple matters addressed ranging from document approval to issues with games.

- Agents in the 888 chat will provide incorrect or misleading information. They will take borderline abusive steps against their own clients. On Sunday this past week, I asked an agent about bifurcating gaming and sports betting, such that I might temporarily restrict my casino gaming account while keeping sports betting open. I was told that this is a possible arrangement (I was later informed that it is not); however, the agent proceeded to ask several unprompted questions about responsible gaming. At the conclusion of our discussion, the agent advised he would keep open sports betting and temporarily restrict casino gaming (again, apparently this is not possible). Within a few minutes, my account was completely suspended, pending review for concerns about responsible gaming (again - this is not something I raised or specified). I have contacted 888 by chat several times since Sunday and no progress has been made on my account. The agents blame me, misrepresent discussions, and take no accountability. All the while, I am prevented from withdrawing from my account, which has a sizeable balance in it. They are also now asking for verification documents, which cannot be uploaded through their "cashier" feature (this is the only access point to their site when restricted)...This is how they treat a "VIP" with substantial amounts wagered on their site over the years.

-In the spring of this year, I had some success parlaying sports bets. 888 quickly restricted my betting amount to a fraction of what I had previously been able to bet. This is, of course, their right as a business, but I would recommend caution with sports betting on this site. When you're cold, they're happy to accept big dollar bets. When you're hot, there's a quick cap put in place. Little fairness here.

- 888 has little problem with your money staying in their business account far longer than necessary. I have waited for a month long period in the last year to have documents verified for the purpose of withdrawing. Again, I am a 10 year customer so you might be surprised that I would be asked to verify so often, but this is not uncommon at 888.

888 used to be my favourite casino (2017-2020). Games were fair. Payouts, while always a bit slow, did come through by wire transfer in full amounts. Agents were reasonable. Somewhere along the way the site has lost it. Unless something changes rapidly, I will be taking my services elsewhere and I have to recommend that you do the same.

Don’t trust them

I accepted their deposit bonus and completed my deposit, they gave me my deposit bonus but couldn’t find any way to use the bonus, when i contacted customer service for help they just took my bonus away and closed the chat. Have contacted the gambling commission and have posted my experiences online to a group with 200k users of online casinos. 888 are crooks
