I actually really like playing on this…

I actually really like playing on this site. My negative experiences are with thier customer service, absolutely the worst I've ever received. I filed a complaint through the help button starting the process of getting my issue solved. I supplied screen shots, explained the issue in detail and was told the appropriate people would be in touch with a response through my email. 3 days went by and I followed up and they again asked for the details and screen shots which I provided yet again. A week goes by and no response so once again I contacted them and once again they requested the details and screen shots... which I provided again..... this goes on for 3 weeks! I spent a couple of hours of MY VALUABLE TIME re explaining to these incompetent schmucks the issue over and over again to no avail. *The issue was about a game freezing when we were down to less than 30 people on a mtt thar had hundreds of players. Needless to say I could have very well won the game. I was playing 3 games at the time and the other 2 games kept working but that one froze.... I feel totally disrespected by thier lack of response or any mention to resolve the matter. It feels like they're just ignoring me so I forget about it and go away. I'm only a level 50 rewards player on thier sites I'm sure they don't really give a sh*t anyway but I think it's only fair to leave this truthful response unless they fix this issue... I would have been happy with a ticket to a tournament or something like that..... Well I've been spending alot more of my time on GG poker lately....
I was always taught in business that it's easier to keep the customers you have than to go find new ones. ...

No way to call or get an agent on the…

No way to call or get an agent on the phone, they new I was on hold talking shit about the app, and I eventually hung up saying this phone call will probably tcost me money, I love the game of poker, won abit when I first started, lost probably over 3 k , no hard feelings about it I downloaded the app, but I played a free roll ticket was winning, I had pocket aces and it glitched out and kept folding my hand through out the rest of the tournament, I have fun playing, but when it does that I can't trust the service, no way of contacting more of a headache... better to cut your losses and move on, I didn't ask them directly to delete my account but was adivant on what was going on and just wanted to speak with a representative, I did say delete my account because there was never a response but the funny thing is was when I told them when I was on hold on speaker phone that I was going to find a way to scam them and that karma is coming for them, if they didn't re- imburse at least $500, after with the chat bot that says I'm sorry to hear this....lol , I know that they told me to stop the profanity, when I was calling and put on hold the deleted my account while I was speaking my mind on the glitches, the rip off and scams they do and said I will get them back or karma will! Bang boom deleted me right after I said that, the site should be banned and players that lost $$ money should at the least be reimbursed half of what they lost to be fair, judgment day will come for 888 poker Ontario, bunch of hacks!

888 was my favourite online poker site until they got rid of the Sit-and-Go Single-Table formats. Now it is absolutely terrible, so I have moved to PokerStars. 🤬

Do not use 888

Do not use 888. I have won games but the money hasn't been put into my account. This has happened a few times. There is no way to contact them. All you can get is a useless robot.
I have withdrawn all of my money and deleted the app and will never use them again.

This organization should be put down. It is the most dishonest poker site online. Play at GGPoker if you want a legitimate organization. 888 poker they will charge you astronomical fees on exchange rate and they will respond to your withdrawal request after one month. Very dishonest organization.

For about 10 years was happy with this Poker Room.
BUT this year fully disappointed. They do not process any Withdrawals since 2-nd January. Support team are not answering to e-mails. Help messaging is useless bot. Not possible to get help from real people.

After a lot of back and forth and many documents sent, my proof of address was finally approved. I’m not exactly sure what went wrong before — it may have been a communication issue — but in the end, everything worked out.

If I could give negative stars I would. Game play is pretty good and you can win. But none of it matters because these guys are nothing but thieving scam artists. It's almost impossible to get verified then once you jump through hoops you might get lucky and think it's all over. It's not. A confirmed withdrawal means nothing! You will receive an email explaining that it was declined. Knowing 100% they didn't even try. They then ask you for a bank statement with details no bank statement I've ever seen has all of the details on. I know this part is another scam anyway if you look at other reviews you will see people still not being paid months later even after completing these steps. You will only get computer generated emails back from them if you raise any concerns. And if you continue to remind them they will then disable your account! Worst experience of any poker/casino site I have ever played!

I thought you would say something like this. Fact is I already gave you a bank statement one that was approved in the verification process. A bank statement that had a few numbers covered as guided by your own policies. A policy that seems to go out the door when you don't want to pay someone! After declining what was a confirmed withdrawal. Two emails and a confirmation page to prove it. Three days later apparently declined. Lies lies lies it was you guys that declined my transaction. No attempts were made to transfer my winnings to my debit card. None! And fact is my money sat in your halfway area the whole time. You then ask for an illegal document by asking for all my details to be showing on another bank statement so you could transfer it into there. What a surprise...not! You use this excuse like it's another verification process and decline what documents are given to you! I deposited money into your site five times through my debit card. You have all the details you need to honor the withdrawal! How about you just do the right thing and pay what you owe!

888 Poker stealing money

Made a first deposit with 888 Poker. I wrongly believed the first deposit entitled the first depositor the welcome bonus, which is a bonus equal to the deposit. When I did not receive bonus I realised I needed to put in the welcome bonus code. I contacted Support informed them I was new to 888 poker and online poker and asked them to honour the welcome bonus. 888 poker refused citing policy. I contacted support expressed my dissatisfaction and said that I may cancel my account. Immediately my account was cancelled and I cannot gamble my money deposited nor can I withdraw the money I deposited as I have no access to my account. 888 poker cannot be contacted except through email. All emails I have sent have been ignored.
888 poker, I encourage you to please communicate with me and refund me my money. 888 poker has no right to confiscate or steal my money.

Absolute joke

Absolute joke!
I played Poker for 2 Months on this site and the amount on hands i loose on the river is just not probable. Take today for an example: I get dealt KK and flop an over pair. The turn comes and its a brick… at this time the guy (or bot) next to me raises, another one calls i shove it all in and im way ahead, the guy next to me got pocket tens. The River comes and ofc its a 10. Okay bad luck i guess. Then i decided to play 50c/1$ and now its gets even worse. My stack gets eaten up whenever i heave good cards my opponents fold very quikly and i loose to guys who call with bottom pair. Skip forward a few hands an i get pocket 3s. I admid i was tiltet but the flop was okay it comes 4 7 7 something i cant remember the turn but it wasnt a very dangerpus one. So i decide to shove aigan with my remaining 40$. My oponnent calls and i see hes got K high. But now the river comes and its a 4 to pair the board to make my hand useless and make my opponent win with king f**cking high!! Based on the other reviews i can see on here the only explenation for so many bad beats can only be rigged games or playing aiganst bots. The amount on hands u loose on the river with premium hands or hands who are way ahead of the ones my opponents get is just not probable im sorry. Dont play on this site i know i will never play on this site aigan.

No Customer Support

I live in Germany and basically there is no customer service from 888Poker. The suggest online chat doesn't seem to exist in Germany, so the website suggests to write an email. However the email adress doesn't exist. This means with my problem there is not even a possibility that I can contact anybody, which is very frustrating when you have like me a problem.

“Account verification blocked for over 6 months – no support access

I have been trying to verify my account for over 6 months with no success.

I submitted my proof of address multiple times, always a valid electricity bill in my name, in PDF format, issued within the required period and clearly showing my full address. Despite fully complying with KYC requirements, my documents are rejected repeatedly without any clear or specific explanation.

To make things worse, I am unable to contact customer support. The Help Centre appears in my account, but when I click on it, the page shows “Page Not Available”, so I cannot access Live Chat or any other support channel.

I escalated the issue to the Complaints Team, but the process is extremely slow and frustrating. At this point, it feels like the company is intentionally making verification difficult.

This has been a very poor and stressful experience. I do not recommend 888 to anyone who values transparency, proper customer support, or fair account verification.

still haven't received withdrawal…

still haven't received withdrawal request for 280usd. countless emails saying it's been sent in email. yet when I contact gigadat(payment provider for etransfer), they acknowledge that no such request is pending! so, if you want to fight for your money, not only on the tables against other people but to recuperate your winnings(should you be so lucky), then 888 poker is where you want to donate your money! BEWARE OF 888!

Another scam online poker site

Another scam online poker site. Took me less than 24 hours to figure out playing on this platform was a waste of time just like GG. Didn't matter what cards I had AA KK always lose to some crap on the turn and river. After a while of just getting crap cards and loosing every single time I played a hand was just a waste of time. Do real people actually play on these sites because gameplay is ridiculous. Stay away from this site. Definitely fishy gameplay and hands that seem rigged.

stay far away from these guys! cashout request sent to processing which was then sent to old email even after I edited and verified existing email. what an absolute gong show to even just get it credited back to your account, let alone getting access to that cash. Just brutal. playing online since 2006 mainly on pokerstars and never have I experienced anything this negligence in terms of doing business. BEWARE FELLOW GAMBLER!!!
