Trying to withdraw my funds with…
Trying to withdraw my funds with supplying sufficient docs , dl license and current credit card statement. They refuse to acknowledge the forms of id and will not let me process my withdrawl.
Although i thank 888 for their response this is absolutely just a generic response to try and save face . I submitted a drivers license which was renewed in sept with a brand new id card . And my credit card statement from november 6 2025. It doesnt matter anymore anyway i will never be back . I used the 1500 us dollars that i won in a tournament and some slot to spin and lose it and took my initial 100 us and spread it out on a poker table to hopefully people who could withdaw it . I would have done the whole 1500 but i didnt want to be accused of chip dumping .

Weeks With No Withdrawal, No Responses, and No Human Support — Completely Unacceptable
This is now my second follow-up because the situation has become ridiculous.
888 Poker has been holding my withdrawal for weeks with no explanation, no progress, and no replies to any of my emails. Not a single response. Nothing.
Their “Live Help” system is not real support — it’s an automated bot that traps you in loops, pushes you to generic pages, and provides no way whatsoever to reach a human being. It genuinely feels designed to block customers from getting assistance when their money is at stake.
At this point, my funds are being held with zero communication or justification, and there is absolutely no customer service available to resolve it. For a licensed gambling operator, this behaviour is completely unacceptable and raises very serious concerns.
I have been waiting for weeks, still have no access to my own money, and the company continues to ignore every attempt I’ve made to contact them.
I would strongly warn others to think very carefully before depositing any funds here. My experience has been appalling.

The RNG on lower levels have a big gap to reward less gifted players and my hud ev is up 1200 dollar vs 400 dollar lost on microlevel.

I gamble, I get it. We win some, and we lose some. I have been a player on 888 for years, and don't bet more than i can afford to lose. But when the system f**s up, takes my money, and customer service is no help, even denying that their system fu**ed up, then I have a problem. For the sake of a few dollars, which is nothing, to me, or to them they lie, and bullshit. Don't go there. There are many more, and more reliable, honesty sites to safely gamble on. I did contact live support immediately asfter the game took my money twice, then kicked me out of the games before threy ended- It wasa a small amount of money wagered, but it is the subsequent lack of trust, and the priciple. Especially after live support said there had been no problem. I have been an 888 customer for years, so I know absolutely that there waas a problem. I have uninstalled the game, and will play no more with them.

They blocked my account without a reason. They wanted to verify my identity. I sent them a multiple times pictures and proof of my identity, nothing got resolved. Yesterday I had the opportunity to withdraw the money I had on my account but still processing. This is the worst thing I’ve experienced ever. Clearly they do this very often. No way to contact customer service . Also they got even fined 9.4 million dollars for being terrible at paying their customers. They need to be banned permanently or face jail for what they doing. 888 poker is NOT trustworthy
888 poker is NOT trustworthy. I start to play 888 poker long ago and I noticed the dropping card pattern are strange not randomly. Playing hands AA, KK all in with the highest percentage to win but you lose. You lose to player who’s calling with a 2and7 cards hand and he win in the end with 2 pairs. The cards are not drop randomly, they follow a pattern based on betting allowing idiots players to win the hand with worst cards possible.
888 safety gambling is also very tricky. Why 888 did not lock players account after they lose few hundred pounds but 888 wait for them to lose thousands. 888 let players willingly lose thousands before come up with so called safe gambling regulations.
888 locked my account, with my account on credit but not allowing me to withdraw my money. 888 didn't stop me to credit my poker account before locking my account.
I had requested from 888 to refund my money as long as 888 did not give me access to do that myself. No reply. 888 avoid to respond to anything what is not convenient to them. That is very tricky.
Not given access to players to withdraw their money that mean 888 intent to get possession of my money and that is a criminal offence (thief) since the credit money on the account are not 888 property.
Below are extract from the email received from 888:
“888poker requires additional documents to complete your account verification and may apply restrictions until they are received.
Note
Send valid photo ID and the front and back copies of the card used for deposits within the last 4 months.”
888 did disabled my account. The reason: I do have to provide them with my bank card details on both sides of the card, but I refuse to do that. That is calling fishing by hackers. Most of the players do not have any knowledge of their rights and 888 take advantage of that. It is illegal to request detail of a bank card on both sides, and most players without knowledge provide all the detail upon request from 888.
888 did request from me to provide the details of my bank card on both side. Getting the details of my bank card mean 888 can hack my bank account any time or 888 employees can sell it to hackers and have their share. 888 do not have any rights to request that, a full details of the bank account.
The only option left for me is to open a claim in court and request my money back and also request compensation.
Anyone can do that, if you don’t know how request advice from help association.

Firstly, the 888 poker support processes are terrible and the case responses are brainless. I wanted to raise a clear and obvious technical fault so I went to the chat bot. Here, you are forced to select a category, but none of the choices are anything like that of a technical fault. Useless. I then went to the support web site, and after navigating through many unhelpful web pages, I eventually found an online form which I submitted. I received an email from a “NO REPLY” account, asking me to REPLY with more information!!?? Instead, I went back to the online form and raised a second case (referring to the number of the first) pointing out how stupid their response was. I received another NOREPLY email asking me to REPLY. I gave up.
Secondly, the cards in poker games appear to be rigged:
1. On a regular basis, after raising or going all-in with a premium hand, I get called by a player with absolutely nothing, but who miraculously then wins the hand.
2. I noticed repeatedly being dealt bad starting hands so I started recording data. I found that over several days, and on several occasions, 30% to 40% of my starting hands contained either a Two or a Three.
3. In situations where I am behind before the “River”, but have a chance of winning of between 20% to 40%, the “River” card has never, ever hit my hand.
In other review, I see that 888 respond to comments like mine by stating that cards are dealt using a Random Number Generator. Well, my observations are not random, they are patterns. This, along with the non-existent support means that I have deleted my account. Play at your peril!!

Appalling customer service to a loyal customer
I have been a customer for several years and the customer service I am currently receiving is truly appalling. I have emailed 888 through their app and received emails back from a “no-reply” address saying they are really sorry for the delay, that they are grateful for my loyalty etc and please reply if I want to… to a NO REPLY address. After many years of playing poker, firstly with PKR and then 888, I have deleted my account.
Used to love playing poker but slowly realised that this site is NOT trustworthy now. The nail in the coffin was when I went all in with Aces and was beaten by Kings. Very next hand I went all in with Kings and was (of course!) beaten by Aces.

My account was locked in 2022, as were many accounts of other Russian players. There is money in my account, but I cannot play and there is no way to withdraw it.
