I was looking to buy an original playstation, and games, and had some questions about what to get.
Made contact through the number on the website on a Saturday evening with some questions not expecting a reply until Monday however was pleasantly surprised to receive a reply that evening fully answering my query. I ordered that evening and my items arrived on the following Tuesday, with excellent communication throughout.

Very nicely packaged
Very nicely packaged, much better than most shops (a nice sturdy box just big enough so the games don't slide around). No scratches and no missing bits and everything was delivered in good time.
