Couldn't be happier with my Flexwarm jacket. It's absolutely perfect for the cold weather, I'd be lost without it on my dog walks! I even wear mine when it's not cold as the style and quality are so good. Couldn't recommend the jacket more!

Good quick and efficient good quality product

Bought this Jacket in January. Never held a charge. Tried to get response from company numerous times. Nothing. I now use as a vest without heat. I haven’t found anywhere to get battery. Only buy this through Amazon, not direct to company . Actually, it’s not worth the experience.

What a terrible customer experience.
Order a hooded jacket as a Christmas present. 8kFlexwarm shipped the cheaper non-hooded version.

Then I have to pay to return the item. for them to eventually (3 WEEKS) ship the CORRECT jacket.
No apology, no reimbursement, no communication.

What an awful experience.

Would not recommend them in the slightest, avoid and buy elsewhere.

Just got my jacket and I love it! The daily trek into work each morning in the early hours is more pleasant now, i'm toasty and warm.

Cool jacket. Well hot Jacket

I got my jacket a couple of months ago and wanted to give it a good Winter test before I reviewed it - I'm more than happy, it's just so warm, and heats up quickly. What I like most about it is that it's not bulky like other winter jackets. It looks smart too and the fabric quality is excellent. I rang the customer helpline to ask about the App asI wasn't sure how to get it and the lady i spoke too was so helpful and pleasant.

My wife bought a jacket for my birthday in December. The fitting chart recommends ordering a size up so she ordered a man's XL however this was too big. Not to matter we will return to exchange for a large and this is where it all goes a bit awry.

Because of Christmas we didn't receive the replacement until early January. When this came it was a woman's large not a man's so obviously too small. Sent an email explaining that and a quick response said ''send it back with tracker and we'll immediately send replacement''.

A day later my wife receives a phone call asking what size we wanted replacing so she reiterates that its a MAN'S LARGE as detailed in the email. Obviously they are just trying to make sure they get it right.

A couple of days later a new jacket arrives and hey presto its an Man's XL not a Man's Large. This time its like a bag though, very poor fitting and completely different from the first XL. SO now not convinced I'll like the correct size one.

Haven't even got to trying one yet but the flavour of the reviews below indicate I maybe even less impressed with heat level and battery life.
