I’m going to sue lil Bibby and 999 club for $999,000 after waiting almost 2 years of not receiving my merch and no communication with their “help” email.

after about 4 months of waiting for my order i asked for a refund and they asked me to confirm if i wanted a refund, it’s now been a year and still haven’t received a refund or the items i ordered.

Haven't received my order from over a year ago (December 2023). 999club no longer replies to my emails and seems to refuse to refund my money.

DO NOT purchase anything from 999club.com I ordered my bf a tshirt the beginning of December I’ve been waiting 3 months for the tshirt I’ve emailed them asking why it hasn’t been shipped out yet I haven’t gotten a single response, I’ve tried getting a refund no response , I’m starting to think the website is a scam and is after our money

Two months no item no return emails no shipping info just crickets I’ll be surprised if anything ever shows up

I am just at this point seeking a refund my purchase was over 300 dollars and the customer service does not respond.

I ordered 100$ jacket on Dec 12th 2024. I have not heard ANYTHING. Despite having emailed and used their "chatbot". Nothing. Do NOT order from them. Total scam.

This company is a joke and fraudulent. I ordered and paid for merchandise on 12/9/24 and haven’t received anything as of 1/25/25. Emailed “customer service” 2 x to update me on shipping or cancel and refund order! No response!

I placed an order for $100 jacket for my son. All I get online is order placed nothing else. I have emailed more than 10 times with absolutely no response at all. I have no tracking number and no jacket I work very hard for my money I’m part time work only 4 hours a day and have 2 kids and do it all alone so to be robbed of money that I could have used to buy my son something else bothers me to my core. I’m very very upset and would like. A refund but I see that’s not going to happen and I’m not going to get this jacket

Ordered shirt on 12/13/2024. There is no information posted other than "We have received your order". The item has not shipped. I have emailed TWICE with no response and NOW the customer service email address said it no longer exists. I can find no recourse to get my product or a refund- THIS SITE IS A SCAM!!!

No response for 1 month. No news of my order despite the deduction of the order price.
Contact numbers, emails and services are impossible to reach.
This company is fraudulent despite the fact that I managed to place an order several years ago. I expect a refund/compensation or to receive my order as soon as possible. Sad that the image of Juice WRLD is tarnished by these fraudulent practices.

I have placed a couple of orders in the past with no problem. The items were all shipped within a matter of days. I placed an order on 16th July 2024 and at first they replied to emails and advised the item was on back order and did I want to wait. Since then I have left multiple messages and am told I will be contacted in 1 day but nothing.. If you try to email them directly the email is returned as email address not found. I have tried to message through instagram but they only reply to people they know so I’m stuck. This item was a gift and the person it’s being sent to has since moved and I have no way to change the delivery address on the app. So disappointed I will definitely be telling people not to order anything from this company in the future.

I don't believe this company exists, no replies from emails. No phone number, Complete fraudsters.

I placed an order on the 12th of December 2024. My oder has not been shipped there is no tracking number and no updates since my oder was placed. I have tried several times to email the website through their contact us email and it always gets sent back to me with email address does not exist. There help link is also shut down and does not exist. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE IT IS A SCAM THEY SCAMED ME OUT OF OVER $200 AUD and disappointed my youngest son when he didn't get the t-shirt he wanted so desperately for Christmas because juceworld is his idol. Thank you so much for destroying my sons idol in his eyes.

Personally would rate 0 stars if i could. I placed an order almost a month ago for a gift for my husband! A hat to be specific only a hat! 15 emails, instagram messages, and any other way i could contact them later, and still the order has not even shipped out. Even worse though the customer support will not respond to any of my emails or messages on any platform! Been trying to contact them for weeks!!!! They stole my money! I do not suggest buying from this site which is a shame because there are so many Juice Wrld lovers out there...👎🏻👎🏻

I didn’t have a problem with this company, honestly before this problem I was extremely happy with the customer service and the hoodie I had ordered. But it wasn’t until I ordered a skateboard and a hoodie 6 months ago, that I’m saying otherwise. I ordered the products before I left to the military, and when I get back home… nothing. And when I tried to email them it tells me their email no longer exists. Okay cool technical problems happen all the time, its my job in the marine corps to troubleshoot problems all the time, so I 100% understand. But a month later I email them, same thing. I have tried to email them, and reach out so many times get my product. And at this point I don’t even want it anymore, I just want a refund. I’ve been wrongfully scammed, there are no other words to describe it. Just flat out scammed. And I will issue a lawsuit so maybe they can do something and not only get my ordered shipped or refund. But also all the other orders.

Scam! I placed an order Dec 9th as a Christmas gift and still haven't received notice about shipment. Based on these other reviews, I'm assuming I'll never get my order. I tried to email them but it just gets returned to sender. I'm going to try the chat but I assume that will be unsuccessful as well. It appears this is a scam as others have stated. Unfortunately, I found out too late

I’ve ordered a bunch of stuff 9 months ago I’ve emailed 20 times haven’t seen a thing I tried getting refund they won’t do it this company is a joke and juice would be disgraced at how poorly it’s being ran into the ground. Pathetic. People should really start looking into suing cause all they’re doing is scamming
