I would rate (0) if it allowed. This company lies about expedited shipping and still charges customers. When confronted with their policy being bogus their support is rude. You are better off buying cheaper knock offs on EBAY than dealing with these crooks.

Please do not order from this company. They gave me a time it will be shipped (4-6 weeks!!) but they actually just raised a shipping label so it looked like they were doing it in the time frame specified. But the item has never been shipped and they send emails dancing around the subject and never answer the question. 2 months later still no item. Just the most dreadful unorganised and unprofessional “company”.

Do not purchase, this is by far the worst purchase experience I have had in my entire life. I usually always shop online, and almost all my clothes and stuff are bought online. Therefore I have had a lot of different experiences with buying stuff online, everything from customer service, customs, taxes, shipping, etc.
Everyone knows if you purchase an item online it will take longer than going into a physical store and buying it from there, but you also expect somewhat of delivery date or customer care. I have unfortunately not received neither from 999Club, this is a shame because I am a really big Juice WRLD fan and just wanted to enjoy his merch. But when a company shows no intention of shipping my order or having any customer care I have lost all my respect for this brand, I ordered a t-shirt from them exactly 1 month ago today and yet have not received any delivery date, shipping information, or feedback on my delivery. I purchased with the Route tracking and order protection, which I have contacted and asked for my delivery. I was told my order is marked as "unfulfilled" 20 days after my order, which is 10 days ago today. Even after contacting both Route and their support I have not received any information or support back, only been told to wait. How long do you really need to wait for a package to be processed? This is ridiculous and the longest process time I have ever experienced in my whole life, I am never purchasing an item from them again!

Hi! Our shipping policy is clearly stated as being 4 - 6 weeks from the point of purchase. 1 month, like you state in your review, is only 4 weeks.
