Shameful. A 1-4pm appointment, arrived 3.30, looked at the water filter that needed installing, first words were, "This will take longer than expected." Second words were "I will have to go and get a drill bit." (I offered to supply) Looked at the job for 10 mins, then left saying he was going for parts. That was it! Missing in action! 30 mins later phone call from office saying he doesn't have a drill bit and I needed to re book for 8 days time. (couldn't be sooner because they didn't want to let down their other bookings. But it is OK to let me down.) So glad I took a day a home and prepped the bathroom for the installation. Do not bother using, all words, no action. Booked with another company now.

Fantastic service I called them over the Christmas period because we had a leak in our bathroom a plumber by the name of Mikee turned up found the leak and spent a couple of hours digging a hole in our concrete floor to repair it very impressed with the service

WE HAD A REALLY BAD FLOOD IN OUR PROPERTY AND WE WERE TOTALLY UNSURE WHERE IT WAS COMING FROM WE WERE REALLY PANICING DUE TO HAVING YOUNG CHILDREN IN THE HOUSE AND SCARED OF THE MASS DAMAGE IT MIGHT DO TO OUR PROPERTY. WE SEARCHED FOR A 24/7 EMERGENCY PLUMBER NEWBURY LUCKILY THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY ANSWERED US STRAIGHT AWAY (EVEN THOUGHT THIS WAS THE EARLY HOURS OF A SATURDAY NIGHT) HE GOT ONE OF THE LADS TO COME OUT RIGHT AWAY LUCKILY THEY ONLY LIVED 10 MINS AWAY. THE THE LAD WAS REALLY GOOD AND POLITE AND SOLVED THE WATER LEAK AND REPAIRED THE PIPE. WE WILL BE USING THE COMPANY FOR NEW BOILER INSTALLATION BEFORE WINTER AS WE ARE DUE TO UPGRADE OUR OLD SCHOOL BOILER TO BE MORE ENERGY EFFICENT.

Booked an appointment with this company as they'd been helpful over the phone with my daughter. Drove 70 miles for the appointment (the house is empty). They didn't show up.
When I rang them they claimed they'd rung me the day before for more info and left a message: I had no missed calls and no messages so I wasted a whole day and 140 miles-worth of petrol. Maybe they do a great job, but don't rely on them to keep appointments.
