Amazing service every time. In person or online. Sensible prices too.
I've added the wrong address to my order and the product was returned. The team at 99 bikes was very helpful in sorting out the issue. Thx a lot, great customer service.
The staff member that assisted me was very helpful and friendly, and also seemed very knowledgeable about the products in the store. My click and collect order was also ready promptly and was easy to pick up.
Staff are on-point. Always polite and helpful. Got a couples bikes for the kids there and will always go back.
One of the helmets we purchased was damaged in the box. The staff at Brookvale ordered us a new one and replaced it within five days. Both communication and customer service were very good.
Easy online ordering.
Good customer service and a well built bike
The worst customer service/warranty
Replying: we have paid already to fixed it, which was ridiculous paying for something that’s still got its warranty. At the end what’s the warranty for? ZERO customer service, very poor quality considering I don’t even use my bike and it broke. And after all, paying for them to fix something that’s was their own+shimano fault. Pretty good way to make easy money.
——————————————————
My brand new bike (bought in Dec 2020) which I haven’t been used for not even 10 times during this time just got it’s back gear collapsed somehow while I was changing gears.
I took it to the store and one of the guys there, after basically blamed me as the cause of the issue, even suggesting the scratch on the bike was because “I might have drop the bike without knowledge “ (how’s that possible? - anyway). I fall from the bike when the back wheel locked up after the gear broke down, could’ve definitely hurt myself, but the only thing this staff said was “the warranty won’t do anything but you can try yourself taking it home, take photos and send straight to Shimano”. He also said “we’re pretty full here, so we can’t help you now, you’d have to make a booking and wait”.
I got home, called to Shimano and they said that’s not how it works, the store need to do the process.
And once again, I drove for 30 min, got to the store, another guy talked to me, said the warranty probably wouldn’t do anything but he’d try (since the store are those ones making the report to the warranty, they can do whatever they want so you seen yourself paying them to fix something that should be fixed by the warranty ).
At the end, after 3 days, which seems very suspiciously quickly (the second guy said “Shimano is very slow, it might take a while till you hear from them”) they got back to us saying the warranty wouldn’t do anything and they could fix it for $140.
We got a bike from there as my Christmas gift thinking was a reliable store and brand (Merida bike with Shimano gears), wasn’t cheap, and found out to be some of disposable material and the supposed warranty isn’t a thing that actually works. Next time I’ll just go Kmart buy a bike for a quarter of the price and have less headache and disappointment.
We paid to fix it and now I don’t know when I’ll ride again, taking the risk of it braking and might causing me serious injuries.
Definitely NOT going back there and a strong NO for this store. Waste of money and time

A great purchasing experience. Walked through the decision process thoroughly and arrived at the right outcome quickly. Delivery and service were great.
Service was excellent, knowledge of products was great. very helpful & quick!
Product offering is great ( price comparative, good options, still had stock versus other places ) but the click & collect part was hopeless. Spent close to an hr at the store both times waiting forever to be helped, eftpos bring down, being given incorrect items, items weren’t ready even though we were told they were.
Don’t offer it, if you can’t service it.
Excellent customer service from 99 Bikes Brookvale. I have purchased 3 bikes from their store and many accessories and parts. Their workshop has also gone above and beyond to help. Highly recommend this store.
Great website which made selection and purchasing easy.
Good product range.
Delivery was complete and timely.
Click and collect a quick and easy process.
1 of my parts was out of stock when it said it was in stock. Have been waiting for 3 weeks with no update.

Very helpful and good staff, gave great advice when choosing a bike. Unfortunately my bike was delayed but staff helped me to decide on a different one which arrived earlier.
