Xavier patiently worked through the process of setting up the pedals and cleats which in the case of Wahoo is much more complex. End result was fantastic. I rode for 2 hours and the fit was great and comfort was superb.
Was just window shopping and looking for advice on E Scooters so called into 99 Bikes Carrum Downs. So happy with the service, advice and patience given by Luke that we didn’t wait till another day, we bought there and then. Thanks for everything.
After a long search I found in 99bikes Carrum Downs the customer friendly and very competent employee Xavier who helped me. Thanks Xavier thanks 99bikes
I did a click and collect. However on getting there, there were 2 customers being served by 2 salesperson. I was happy to wait for my turn at the beginning. But it appears 1 person was having trouble with his computer and the other was just casually talking to the customer about bikes. Fair enough… but after more than 10 minutes (no exaggeration here) of being there and waiting. I was neither acknowledged for being there nor was I asked whether I could wait a bit longer. After a while, I was then called up to be served and the salesperson did not even apologise for the delay. Customer service to be improved. Not asking to be served right away when I get my foot through the front door but a little acknowledgment and apologies would have made the experience completely different.
3 stars - Hoping that they will improve over time.

Grateful for attentive service
Very happy with my purchase of Scultura 4000 and grateful for great service provided by the whole team - sales and workshop - at 99 Bikes at Carrum Downs
My daughter loves her new bike. It was easy to order online. We also got a price match which was icing on the cake. Click and collect was easy.
Great service. Easy purchase and friendly staff. No negatives to mention with my dealings.
We visited the carrum Downs store looking for an electric bike to purchase. The store was busy and after waiting some time we decided to leave and come back another day..which we did.
We went back Thursday 2nd Dec. The store was not so busy and we waited patiently while customers were served. But no one approached us after finishing serving their customers. All staff were at the back of the store working on bikes. When I approached a staff member at the back asking for some help and advice (this was the staff member who was serving a customer and walked off without acknowledging us) He replied one of these blokes will help you when they have finished working on the bikes.
The attitude of this staff member was so off putting and not how you would expect to be treated when you have waited patiently to be served. (and he had seen us waiting) When I replied we wouldn't wait he laughed as we walked off.
99 Bikes we will be spending our hard earned elsewhere.

I ordered my bike online, and it was only a few days later that I was informed via an SMS that my bike was ready to be picked up. When I got to the store at the designated time, I had to wait about 10 minutes* before my bike came out assembled and ready to ride.
The salesman explained the operation of the bike then helped me put it in the car.
I will most likely buy another bike from them (probably an eBike) as the service was good and the bikes are probably the best value of any other store.
* The reason the 4 star rather than 5. this is a minor criticism, as it allowed me time to look around the store.
Excellent and speedy service during a crippling lockdown, super nice staff always happy to help and find what I was looking for.
very pleased with my purchase, service was fast and my son is very happy with his new helmet.
