Staff at the Noarlunga store were super helpful, they didn’t have the part we needed in stock (hand brake for an electric bike), but searched online for us to find the correct replacement part.

Good advice and helpful staff
Russel helped me get everything I needed to start riding, even things I didn't think of like a multi tool, co² canister inflator and a spare tube. He helped me adjust my new bike so I could go for my first ride that afternoon and taught me how to take off the front wheel to store it in a car safely.
If you know the bike your interested in they even let you test ride in the car part to make sure the frame is a good fit for your body.
Good advice, wellcoming and not condescending to new riders.
Recommend if your trying to find a bike down south.
