I purchased a new bicycle helmet online. I had to wait a few weeks for stock to arrive, but I got a quality helmet at a very competitive price. I had to follow-up with the local store when no one contacted me to say my helmet had arrived, but otherwise, the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.

The salesman was very helpful and polite, a pleasure to talk to.

Very friendly and helpful staff who are there to help. My grandson loved his bike and we're happy with service received.

99 have proved themselves to be pretty good with their service, prices and speed. Staff have always been pretty good to deal with - says that they're fairly happy being there, which is always a good sign to me.

Excellent service

When 99bikes say they will price match and further reduce the competitors price by 5%, they meant business! They have kept their promise with no hassle at all. The only downside is I have to lift the heavy box myself with no assistance from the store. It would be nice if the store provides a trolley to transport the heavy merchandise to the carpark. I ended up dragging the big heavy box from the store all the way out to my car. It was really an unpleasant experience. Other than that all is good.

My husband and I visited 99 Bikes during the middle of last year as we wanted bicycles to use during lockdown as a way to keep fit. We had a couple of bikes in mind and we were offered to take them for a short test ride to ensure we were 100% comfortable. There was no sleazy upsell, just good, genuine service. The team kept us up to date on when our bikes would be ready for collection. They were always very approachable and friendly. We are happy with our bikes!

Ordered online picked up bike 2 days later alot quicker then I thought would get it as was during the Christmas period and excellent customer service. Would definitely go again to purchase another bike!

This was a “click and collect”. My daughter collected the item for me and said the staff at the Penrith store were very helpful, efficient, and friendly.

I purchased this for a friend and was happy with the price and delivery cost. Works well and seems to be a sturdy platform.

I have brought 4 bikes here now and all have been good bikes.
The guys at the shop are so helpful and don't muck you around so get in there and get a bike
