Good experience
No fuss transaction, had what I wanted and was able to pick it up when I wanted. I joined the gold club got what I wanted for just over half price. I have made up the membership cost already.

Still a good experience
The friendly staff are helpful without being pushy or condescending. They can often order things that aren't being listed on their website.
The only hassle has been the onsite parking is a bit limited and awkward. Just park along Chifley or use your bike.

Had my bike serviced at the Preston store and couldn't be happier with the work or customer service. Michael has the bike running beautifully. Big thanks for choosing to spend more time on the service rather than just taking the easy option and replacing some parts. Certainly saved me some $$$$.

Michael (from the service team) helped me out with changing the casette on my new back wheel. He made what can be difficult very easy. Also very approachable and friendly. I highly recommend him for your bike servoice needs.

Exceeds expectations!
We’ve only used it once for a 40km test drive but overall it was simple and straightforward to set up, super sturdy, and came with everything we needed for three bikes (a large Reid, a medium Reid, and a Byk e350). We went on the freeway and it felt very secure and safe.
