Great sale experience by Lachlan that was destroyed by no follow up re delivery time.
Called and the staff member who answered my call should not be customer facing as he had little interest and hung up on me. Called back. Spoke to manager Steve who was embarrassed and very proactive when I asked for a refund. He called back and offered a couple of options including some upgrades at his cost, and turned this sale back into a 4 out of 5. Phone staff need some coaching and I am sure will receive ...or a different job! Well done Lachlan and Steve though and will come back now. Dale

Amazing Service at Prospect, Adelaide
After visiting multiple bike shops in the Adelaide Hills and metro area (including other 99 Bikes stores), We found ourselves in the Prospect store, where we were assisted by Michael.
Michael was absolutely amazing. He not only listened to what we wanted in a bike, but he went out of his way to explain and teach aspects of fitting and operating a bike, being novices with little experience or understanding.
I can't recommend Michael highly enough.
We walked out with 2 bikes that we are very happy with and suit our needs.
VERY IMPRESSED with the service and assistance.
