Excellent service, above and beyond, Ben was excellent as were the team in the servicing dept.
Bought a bike for a bit of fun in lockdown. Had such a good experience with 99 bikes, I bought my partner a bike too. This was down to a young chap called Ben.
Possibly the best customer service I’ve ever had. I’m a stickler for good service, and this guy delivered it. Top 5 experiences I’ve ever had. He knew his product, and went out of his was for me to get the 2nd bike from Alexandria to Stanmore.
A combination of a competent salesman, with a very genuine manner.
I’ve since bought items from 99 bikes, a great experience. I have heard Ben is now relocated to Alexandria, wish him the best.

Fantastic service, I purchased a new single speed bike and a Jet Black Mag Pro indoor trainer. They have been an absolute saviour during the current lockdown, far better and more comfortable than my old spin bike and helping me lose weight as I have more time to plan my day. Additional benefit of being able to go for a ride with the family together on weekends to get out of lockdown crazy for an hour. The staff gave great advice and helped me through all stages of the purchase. Having bought plenty of bikes in the past for my self and family, I would definitely rate 99 Stanmore the best service and most knowledgeable staff, and would rate them highly recommended for anyone in the market for a new bike.

Great customer service in the shop, issues with prior communication!
Great new bike and customer service once I got to the shop. However didn’t receive a text that bike had arrived at shop and it had been there a week already which was frustrating. I needed to call the shop to ask them when the bike was ready for collection and they advised it was already there for a week and they thought I had been told by text message (which I hadn’t).
