When you order something for click and…

When you order something for click and collect which it says is in stock... and then isn't in stock is poor form.
Then calling the store but the auto system consistently cutting you off... even worse.

I tried to call to get an update, couldn't, decided to cancel as I can go to another store... cant do this online and cant call to do so... SO bad.

Helpful friendly service

The staff at 99 Bikes Stanmore could not have been more helpful, especially Tegan. They went out of their way to test my equipment and resolve my issue. I was very satisfied with the service.

Waste of time

Had to go to store three times to collect order. I ordered a bike and lock for click-and-collect. I went to the store after I got the text message saying my order was ready for pick up. After waiting in line they told me my bike wasn't ready but I could have my lock. The next day I got another text to pick up my bike. The guy at the store told me it was ready the previous day, they just couldn't find it. Take my bike home and realise the lock is missing the fasteners as described online. Again I had to go back and line up, then they gave me the missing piece. Such a waste of time.

I know it's a difficult time right now…

I know it's a difficult time right now for every one in the current environment but I at least expect some basic professionalism from the staff, which was lacking.
Returning an order should be a simple process but the poor service by the staff made it harder than it should have been. Very poor customer service.

Good range and prices, bad customer service

A great store it's not just a place where you find what you need and good prices. A great store it's the one who listens to you and propose you different products which suits your needs.

My last 3 visits to 99 bike in Stanmore and Parramatta they were not great. After to collect a couple of new bikes, and looking after different tools and accessories they just offered me the most expensive always (and not necessarily the best option for me) I had to ask several time to recognise my member status to get the right prices and felt pushed to take my decision.

It's seems the priority in 99bikes is the upselling and not the customers.

Long waiting and poor customer service

It took a fair amount of time to collect a simple heart rate band. Also, could notice a long wait outside for other customers. Not the first time I notice a long time waiting with or without lockdown. Customer service is a bit poor. Had another 3 different experiences and now decided to write about it.
Hopefully it will get better.
