I ordered MET helmets for my kids online. The delivery came within couple of days. The quality of the helmets is outstanding. My son loves his green monster helmet. I would definitely recommend it.

Just recently purchased few items online from the store and it took 3 weeks to get it all ready. Very disappointed!

Fast, no fuss, easy pickup

99 Bikes were great - professional cyclists who know their stuff. I had a few teething problems with the bike I purchased during by 'click and collect' lockdown (eg. couldn't adjust the handlebars myself) so took it in and they fixed it in a few minutes! Made sure everything was fine before I left. Very happy with the service

Online order was simple and available for pickup ahead of projected time. Comms were good and Pickup during Covid was simple.

All great. Fast, easy click and collect. My Bluegrass helmet is super comfortable and my BBB High Vis jacket is definitely bright.

The Click and Collect system was super fast and although there was a line, it moved quickly and I did not have to wait too long to receive my item. Same day as I ordered it

Buying a bike online, during lockdown, is a bit hard (!) but after only one phone call, that answered my questions about kid bikes, I was confident about my choice. Even the queue up parramatta rd to collect it moved smoothly … but that was my fault, to try and pick it up at 11am on a Saturday. Can’t wait to be able to browse for more purchases.

I needed a pair of chain link pliers at 15 mins before closing time. So I called the Stanmore shop to check if they had stock, and they did. The rep told me to come to the store before 5pm and they would have it for me. I showed up at 4.55pm, paid for the tool and was able to rejoin my chain after returning home. Great service!

The guys were so great with my son who has smashed his MTB. They showed him how to replace his pedals that he smashed on a hard ride.

Awesome bike I use it as my daily to and from work very well put together, easy online purchase using click and collect.

The ordering process was easy, the product is excellent but the collection process was slow and painful. Would have been 5 stars other than the 25 min wait on Parramatta in noise and heat without shelter.

I'm sure the staff at the store were doing their best during a difficult time. Unfortunately my overall customer experience (from ordering online through to eventually 'collecting' from the store a month later) was somewhat underwhelming.

I purchased a new bike as a birthday gift for my wife online - ordering and paying through the website for a bike that was showing in stock at the store. A few days later I received a text that the bike was actually on back order and would take up to a week to deliver + an additional week to build...I thought I would check in on the delivery status a week later, and was told the bike was still in transit from QLD and I was expected to be notified once it was received and built - in one more weeks time. I left it another 2 weeks before following up (not having heard from 99bikes since). I was told (admittedly, with apologies for the delay) that the bike was now in the build queue and "hopefully" ready tomorrow... yet another week passed, and I finally received an SMS that the bike was ready for collection. Long story short - left underwhelmed by the timeliness and management of customer expectations:
1) Fix the inventory system - if the bike is on back order, the website shouldn't show it as in stock/available.
2) I know it's a crazy time we're living in during lockdown, but try to set more realistic expectations on delivery times. Or at least over-communicate to the customer. I would have had a better experience if I knew the whole process was going to take 4 weeks from the beginning... rather than having to follow up with the store every couple of weeks.
Luckily the end product is a great bike. The safety checks and interaction with store staff at pick-up were great. Which almost makes up for the 4 week wait...
