I have enjoyed using 9amHealth. I have learned a lot about nutrition, sleep and exercise through this program. It has also been nice talking to someone after each session is complete. I am able to get any of my questions answered one on one.

Every person I’ve meet has been upbeat professional positive and helpful. The app itself has lots of videos about exercise, meal prep and mental health in terms of how to destress. It’s a calming place. I never feel overwhelmed after watching a video. It encourages you to take small steps that will create change over time.

It’s been easy to use and get results

The app helps you track your progress. You look forward to weighing in or checking your waist size. It becomes fun to see the progress. Everyone’s easy to talk to an acre to talk to you to help you get through any downfalls you may have.

They are timely and friendly. Very supportive and knowledgeable.

My experience so far with 9amhealth has been extremely positive! This is the support I have been needing all along! My coaching calls are helpful. After each call, I feel supported and confident about the goals I have set for myself. For the first time in a long time, I am being successful on my weight loss journey. I am focused on how I feel and not on the numbers on the scale!

The app is so easy to use. The coaches, especially Laura, are amazing! She really makes me think of ways to meet my goals and follows up for accountability.

Doing this from the convenience of my home without going inside to visit a doctor is wonderful although I love my doctors.

Great team that puts you in the driver seat with your safety being number one

Anytime I speak with one of my heath care team members I am left feeling heard. They address my concerns and offer multiple ways to help me succeed on my weight loss, and now at this time, as well as my weight gain!

9am Health has been very helpful for me. I have to admit I was a bit apprehensive when my insurance company but it has bee a great experience so far.

This has been my first experience with this type of a weight loss program. I hope they’re better ones out there. 9amhealth does not return messages on the app nor answer questions I have. It’s been a complete waste of and money for me. I’ve followed their instructions and meal plans to the best of my ability and now I weigh as much or more than I did when I started the program, not to mention that I’m on the borderline of becoming diabetic. If there are better options out there, I hope I and whoever is reading this find them.
