Hi Team, Monday we visited your amsterdam branch and have order woonkamer items. The person at the desk said the delivery charges are 100 euro but at the website it shows free. Could you please let me know why it’s different

The staff was very helpful, the services were good and I received a good welcome from the staff. I loved the store, it's my favorite.

Bought a sofa from A-meubel Amersfoort, staff were very helpful, price was good. Would definitely buy from here again!

Good Service! Products look like decent quality in the store however the only downfall is the delivery time. Starting to think I should have just gone to IKEA but lets see if it was worth the wait.

10-16weeks.... Its just way to long, even starting to forget I actually bought a sofa...

I had so good experience in the store and I felt comfortable

I enjoyed my visit to the Amersfoort store. Unlike many other furniture stores the sales advisors let us browse without following us round the store or immediately asking if we were needing help which was really good.

I bought a very nice mango set in December. Asked for delivery in January. The furniture was delivered on the day I requested. There was a slight problem with the table but after contacting customer service, a solution was found quickly. I am satisfied with my purchase & also with the service. Will buy from this company again

We bought chairs for dining table and the quality is good. The employee was very supportive and friendly as they kept the chairs in the shop till we move to our new house. A good shop to buy stuffs.

I really enjoyed the service! now I'm looking forward to sitting on the sofa! and have a glass of wine or tea. Thanks

They delivered the guality that was on the website and most important other time that was agreed.

The furniture is beautiful but ... I ordered twice and there was a problem each time. the first time one cabinet had plastic handles instead of metal ones for which I paid extra. several weeks of e-mails, questions, reminders, finally they sent a complaint to the manufacturer and sent the handles. the next time the wardrobe came without shelves. I am still waiting for information from the company regarding the sending of shelves, it will probably take several weeks as before, because the customer service is terrible and you have to wait a long time, in the event of a complaint, the company reserves 10 days for a response! lack of professionalism

We have ordered the Klarenbeek set last December and it was delivered to us around the 3rd week of February. We really love our furniture. Just note that the coffee table is a lighter than what I expected. They delivered it to us but unfortunately they also do not help you to unpack or even dispose with the boxes, but it was not really a big deal for me. When we started to assemble our dining table, we noticed that there was a chip where you need to fasten the screws. That is why we reported it to them and they have replaced our table last 3 March. So far it is really in dead the cheapest one we could've ever find but the quality is good. We only have received compliments ever since with our furniture set.

Our experience with this store has been nothing but a disappointment. We moved into a new place with no furniture. We ordered our couch at the store (in Amsterdam) mid June where we were promised it would be delivered within 8 - 14 weeks, although we were convinced it would be there well before 14 weeks. Even though we already thought the delivery period was long (8 - 14 weeks), we went ahead with our order since the couch looked good. Now it is mid November (2 months AFTER the 14 weeks) and we finally got our couch. However, after all this delay and false promises, they refused to give us any compensation. After many phone calls and loads of effort, they said they would give us back just 50 euros which is not even 10% of the purchase.

To add to this, we were also told they charge more to carry the couch upstairs to your place but I have failed to find such information on the website. Even after paying a price for this service, I was left to carry the couch up myself all alone. Utterly disappointed.

To anyone planning to get anything from this place, I highly discourage this!

First of all, the conversations were not pleasant at all given that we were told you cannot do anything countless times. After much effort and numerous phone calls, you agreed to give 50 euros compensation (Even for this, we had to make a call and request this the day before the delivery and we were not informed anything). This was despite the fact that it was delayed by 2 months. Then again, not even 10% of the purchase. Dekbed discounter compensated me with 100 euros for a bed of 700 euros total that was delayed by 2 weeks. (NOT TWO MONTHS).

In response to your comment that you updated the portal, there were instances this was done without any notification. Sometimes the information on the portal was not even accurate.

So overall, even though the couch looks nice, really bad service!
