After unpacking our goods there was one handle damaged.
After contact their After Sales Deparment we received in very short time a new handle.

I bought a lounge set Venlo to take to Curacao for €1341,00 on september 16th 2020. I chose the model online, but i needed to sit and feel the comfort. I had the chance to experience the comfort Before making my decision. The waiting time 10 to 16 weeks is too long. But I will wait for it.
On the receipt we put the contact information of my friend in the Netherlands. Idelys Foendoe and she forward all the information to me.

We bought our couch over at the Nijmegen location and received great no nonsense service. The salesman didn't want to sell us the most expensive option, he wanted us to buy the most comfort. If it would've been up to us we would've combined all kinds of materials with our couch without really thinking about how the materials would work together. Even though it would've been more expensive, he strongly advised us against it and as such we went ahead and chose differently. Of course we still have to receive the couch itself, but we are really happy with our purchase already. Delivery times are a bit longer due to the 'wonderful' COVID-19 virus so we will have to wait a bit longer though we really don't want to. Nice location and great prices. Definitely recommend going here even though we haven't experienced after sales yet. However, there was a couple in before us that were receiving after sales and the way that this was being handled by the salesman was outstanding and gave us a really good feeling.

The man that was helping us was very nice. He gave us a small discount. We were already determined on what we wanted, so it was super easy.

We ordered a couch on 4th of June in the shop in Amsterdam and we were informed about a delivery time of about 8 weeks, up to 14 (due to Corona). From all the negative reviews i am reading, at that point the situation was pretty clear to them, yet they willingly decided to hide the truth to trick you into purchasing the items.
After 14 weeks and lots of energy spent in calling them they give you the same answer all over "we expect the couch to arrive in other 3 weeks".
We are now left with no other options than cancel our order knowing that we will have to accept a 30% penalty fee because after being told at least 3 times the same story of the 3 weeks delay we lost our hopes.
You may think that when at fault a serious company will take responsibility and offer you at least some compensation for the damage, but not a company like A-Meubel. They can only slam on your face their rights and give you no options than pay and accept. Hiding behind the Corona crisis is not an excuse to treat a customer this way and shouldn't be used to make money. However, nowadays there is nothing worse for your business than a bad online reputation, so considering the great amount of negatives reviews for their attitude, is only their loss.
To sum up our "great" experience with A-Meubel: we spent 14 weeks without a couch, spent lot of energies in dealing with the customer service, in the end we had to buy a new couch last minute and cherry on top we will lose to them at least 300 euro.
Signing an agreement with them will leave you completely helpless, so our best advice for you is CHOOSE A CUSTOMER-CENTERED COMPANY to furnish your home.

when we came in the seller let us walk around during 10 minutes before he asked us if we could find what we were looking for ,he helped us with some question in a very nice and quiet way ,we told him that we had to pay costs of remove from the packages in case of corona about 50 euro by another firm ,there was no compromise possible there were people who paid much more than we did and they must pay also ,very unkindful man.so again we are very happy with a-meubel and when the goods are delivered I will mentioned it on social media to buy by them.also the seller would ask if the goods could be dilevered earlier if possible.

I have good experience with A-meubel. They helped me when I had questions in the shop. They were very friendly and they also helped me to place the orders. They have nice offers on furniture of good quality!

Last week I ordered a comfortable sofa with good quality and a good price. Thanks to A-meuble staff, I could find what I was looking for.

I especially liked that the saleswoman just let me look in peace and was not pushy. She informed me well about the possibilities in fabrics for the different couches I was interested in and was able to make my choice very pleasantly. Now just have to wait until the couch is delivered.

This was my first time at Ameubel. For couches there a so many options. I really like it that you can customize the size and fabric. The service was fast and clear!
