DO NOT USE - IF I COULD OF SCORED ZERO I WOULD OF!

No communication, no ability to fix anything. Couldnt even fix a head light bulb! Kept my car all morning only to tell me they cant do the work! Utter, Utter garbage.

I have used this company for MOT as Fords hadn't done it. They found my car to be dangerous to drive as Wish Bone and Brakes all needed replacing. They have now completed all works at a great price. I will be cancelling my Ford plan and giving all my business to A1 from now on. Complete peace of mind and doesn't bankrupt you either. Great staff and service Thank you

I love this garage been using it for Yearssss MOT and Service booked for next week and my son's Service booked had MOT saved my son £900 another garage tried to rip him off I told him go to A1 autos it passed 1st work other garage said was needed wasn't needed top ppl in this garage very helpful polite answer any questions u ave they won't rip u off I highly recommend this garage.

Took my car to ford's was not happy with the service,so immediately went back to what I know, great customer service absolutely trust the people I feel the best garage in the area.

Absolutely love this garage, all staff are kind and friendly and are super honest and genuine. No job too big or too small and a particularly brilliant garage if you're a lone female. Not at all intimidating and staff really do care. Quality of work done is impeccable and very reasonably priced too. Highly recommend and certainly won't go anywhere else myself now.

Such a great friendly run garage all of the workers are fantastic, quick and efficient service had an issue with a recall for my car Big Ben helped find the fault which was part of my recall and gave me everything I needed to challenge the dealers which was then sorted within 24hours without that I would have been hit with a very heavy bill to fix. Wouldn't take my car to anyone else !!!

Everyone there from mechanic's for service to repair to MOT to office staff make you so welcome and they remember you by name from previous visit
The work is 100% never over charge such a lovely place
Wouldn't trust any other garage now

I’ve been using A1 garage since 2018 and they always go above and beyond to get my car back to me. They also do my MOT and service every year. They are very friendly and very helpful and they will always tell you the truth about what wrong we your car

I recently bought a car and A1 are the only garage that I trust to give me an honest opinion on what is wrong. Since I have moved to Dagenham almost four years ago and started using A1 I would not go anywhere else.

I’ve been taking my current car (and previous car) to Dave and his team for around 6 years now for MOTs and services as well as breakdown issues etc. Great customer service and I feel very comfortable knowing that they will be honest with any advice, cost and work that needs doing. With garages/mechanic trust is a very important factor and and I’ve never doubted these guys from the first time taking my car to them. I’ve recently moved out the area and still always come back to A1 as they have always been very clear with any work that needs doing and have always managed to fix my car without any issues or delays.

5 star service ! Been coming here for several years now for MOTs and additional work - the guys are friendly and advising what needs to be done with the minimum amount of expense - They will always advise on cheaper options if possible and trust these guys 100% on their advice and expertise - I also like the idea of just turning up for a MOT without booking which in the past has been tested straight away

Came in for a new clutch and what an amazing job they did such a fabulous bunch of people who work there answered all my questions kept me up to date with everything cheaper then I anticipated would recommend them to everyone will be going to them for any future car repairs I need thank you guys so much 10/10 service
