I took my Ford Focus in to A1 Autocentre first for a service and the for an MOT - VERY pleased with the service i recieved. They were helpfull and prompt, i was given plenty of notice as to when my car would be ready allowing me to schedule my work day. The guys are friendly and their work faultless. I have used them a few times now - will i continue to do so? Definitely ! Would i recommend to others? Without a doubt ! A real "winning the customer" experience.

I have a golf hybrid. It had a problem & although I’d been to 3 garages no one could help me as they didn’t deal with electrics. At A1 They spent a long time researching the problem & eventually solved it. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to them

Full service, MOT and major works on another vehicle.
Dean and the team are on another level in terms of cost, communication, honestly and workmanship.
Thats why I won't go anywhere else. I travel from outside the area just for these guys as I know I will get honest feedback and prices.

I have been going to A1 Ockendon Auto for a good number of years for MOTs, services and any work needed. Mick, Dean and Luke are very honest reliable guys. Some garages I’ve been too I’ve felt ripped off not with these guys. I had a car they worked on and instead of doing more work they were honest and said it wasn’t worth it I was just throwing money away. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

A1 Auto in Dagenham has been my Go-To garage for 6 years, such a friendly team that offer great customer service every time and will go the extra mile if need be! My mind is at ease whenever I use their mechanics, great team.
