Absolutely hopeless.
I ordered a set of 4 Galaxy SmartTag2s and then only received 1 in the post.
I immediately contacted A1 Tech Deals to notify them about this and said I need the remaining 3 to be sent out.
Their customer service operator 'AJ' appears to be barely capable of sending more than one email a day, and despite 3 or 4 requests for him to send out the remaining tags (which he also offered to do, and I emailed him almost immediately back about this) he has refunded me £28, which was was opposite of what I requested.
Absolutely bloody hopeless customer support, and apparently useless warehouse operators too - if they can't understand a simple packing slip and tell the difference between the numbers 1 and 4.
Avoid.

Really pleased with the price, phone came sealed with all the paperwork, as i didnt know the company i was a little worried, but after reading the reviews, it seems like everyone else i was just as happy with the service as they were.

Absolutely lack of customer service and dealing with complaints! My order has never arrived under tracking number provided! They agreed the tracking hasn't been valid proof of delivery, but never reached out further to offer solution. I have asked for refund and never got one. Please avoid!

They Lied about the specification
I bought a phone which they said had a Snapdragon Processor in it. So price was inflated because there was also the same model but with a different processor, which I could have purchased.
I asked Motorola themselves if they had a version with the updated processor, as the phone was disappointing, and they said NO they had NEVER produced this model, with Snapdragon. I complained to AI Tech, and they took a very long time to respond, and told me that it was a genuine mistake. REALLY, they put an inflated price on a non existent upgrade. They offered me £20 compensation, not really enough, as I had a phone, I did not really want, BUT HAVE NEVER PAID. And the customer service is shocking you will wait many days to get a response from them
