Wrong product sent, no effort to address issue

They sent me the wrong product and then tried to get me to just accept paying for that while only offering to refund me the difference. Been a week and although I've tried to resolve, they still havent rearranged delivery or given me a full refund.

Eventually arrived, but Royal Mail were awful. Good product, just what ordered. Called your team to see where the parcel was. He was great and reassured me. Thank you
