I’ve been working with them since 2016 to date and to be quite honest the pay is very good, plenty of shifts to go round if you’re available. Loss of trust in some booking consultants.
Good pay generally, better than most.Some consultants not keen on their job.one of them booked me into a home and never confirmed to me ,so the home struggled as I didnt turn up.Two others booked me in different homes,different ocassions,the clients cancelled my shifts and communicated to the consultants about the cancellations.The consultants didn't communicate to me ,so I travelled miles approximately 45miles to and fro.times 2 and none of them compensated me for the lost shifts,my wasted time,energy,fuel and the stress of it all.

Payment for some shifts is not on time- many mistakes in payroll department. I have to check every payslip carefully. From 04/21 many mistakes.

Our Payroll works at a fast-pace on a very tight deadline with high level of accuracy and pays over 1200 candidates per week which may incur small volume of human error(s). Payroll staff are fully trained and are aware of how important it is to ensure all candidates are paid accurately. Your experience has been taken on aboard and passed onto the Payroll Manager for future training purposes.

I have worked for the a24group…
I have worked for the a24group since2005. There was limited technology then, but the service never seized to impress. I was working for Ambition then. Although there was a hiccup sometime when it stopped operating, it came back fighting and thriving to be the best. I am happy and that is why I am still with the a24group up to now.
