Absolutely fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service! Can’t thank them enough. After a chaotic journey up to Bristol from South Dorset at 3am with travel sick kids, in the pouring rain, the driver came and took the car within minutes of me calling. We were then over an hour early coming back out and the car was pulling in as we got back to the car park. Perfect.
Reliable, Efficient Service
After reading some of the reviews I was dubious about using this company, since Bristol Airport parking was full. However, the service we received was faultless. Collection and drop-off were seamless and the drivers were polite and friendly. My car was returned as I had left it, arriving 10 mins after calling them. I should also mention that this was during the start of half term, the airport was extremely busy and traffic on the roads leading into the airport was heavy. The collection driver prepared us for this and advised us on arrival time. I would definitely use this company again.
Have used a38 on numerous occasions
Have used a38 on numerous occasions, seems to be getting worse every time, arrive at airport ring they say they will be 10 mins pull up outside in side road then ring back after waiting 15 mins they say will be another 10 min. Eventually drop car off. Return when your ring they will tell you they’ll be 10/15 mins you go to pick car and still wait 25mins. Such a good service to start but has lost it.
Driver smoked in my car ash left and tobacco
We have just landed in Bristol and collected the car
Firstly on opening the car the drivers seat and the middle well was full of tobacco and cigarette ash, the visor above the drivers seat also has ash on it.
I do not smoke!
It is a brand new company car and I am pregnant!
I would not allow anyone to smoke in my car and trusted that your drivers would never smoke in a clients car and certainly not leave the evidence of it behind!
Secondly on this occasion we had to wait 40 mins on departure last Sunday despite phoning 20 minutes away as instructed. The chap said hed missed the bus up and when he did arrive not have change of a ten pound note and said he would leave a fiver change in the centre console- he did not .
I accept We should’ve had £5 to give him but we didn’t leave him without money to exit.
I spoke to the owner Sophie who had a terrible attitude And responded that i was acting like there was a cigarette burn in the seat or something it was only ash! She stated that she’d asked the driver he said he didn’t smoke and that it was his word against ours. I had provided her with the photos we took and she reluctantly offered to pay for the car to be cleaned but said it was not a big deal and argued with me that how did she know we werent smokers !

I was nervous about using A38 parking as I’d not used a service like this before, but I didn’t need to have been. Lovely cheery welcome at the airport and we were greeted within 10 minutes of us ringing on arrival back at Bristol (after we’d collected our baggage). Only 3 miles on the clock since I’d dropped off the car and the car itself was exactly as I’d left it. Would highly recommend 🤩
Poor pick up for meet and greet
Paid for the meet and greet service. Drop off went fine, pick-up was a mess. Called when we were instructed to, were told it’d be 10 minutes. Waited for over an hour. Eventually put us on a shuttle bus so we could pick up our own car rather than bring it to us (when we could have just taken the shuttle bus an hour ago). Won’t use again.
Terrible Experience, don't use...
Couldn't get through after at least 20 attempts at calling when I got my bags, which isn't great at 4 am after 12 hours of travel. Had to wait in the cold for 45 mins and then had another 90 min drive home so this made the trip much worse. They couldn't care less and I got no apology. Def don't use if you want a smooth experience

We've used A38 several times over the last few years and have always been very impressed with the service.
Yesterday was no exception. With the chaos that was air traffic control. We were booked in, then arrived late, then needed to get our car back almost immediately, then rebook it for later in the week!
Every call or visit was handled in a friendly professional manner.
I'm really impressed with how they handled a very stressful, fast moving situation yesterday, certainly better than easy jet did!
Wouldnt use again
The picking up and drop off was fine in terms of wait times but my car was returned with its wheels and wheel arches covered in mud - clearly been parked in a field. The mats in side the car were covered in mud - front and passenger side and my dash cam had been disconnected! I wonder why?!

Amazing service. Made a 3:40am call to be met at 4am as required. A perfectly smooth handover with a great smile and confident that our car was in good hands. Upon returning to the UK we made the call again, and our car was with us in 15 minutes. Another quick smooth handover and enroute home. I would highly recommend these and would not hesitate in using A38 parking again.
They stole money from me
I had a reservation with them from the 2nd to the 13th of June. When dropping the car off, they require £5 to be handed to them to pay for the drop-off car park fees. I only had £10 notes and asked for change. Their employee said he didn't have change but they would leave £5 in the car for when I collected it. However, when I collected the car, there was no money and a different employee told me to contact the Company to get the money returned via bank transfer.
I called and they told me to send my details via SMS, so they could check their records. So far I have called twice and sent several messages but they always reply they would call me back next day or just don't respond to messages.
I have wasted enough time for £5 but clearly they stole from me and are not going to do anything about it.
I advise everyone to avoid this unprofessional company.
Just poor in all respects.
Their website doesn't contain proper T&Cs. They more than doubled the price of my parking during my journey to them, this was after I had rung them to check T&C and before I made my booking. My advice, go with the airport Silver parking, very profesional, shuttle is very prompt.
My nearly brand new car was damaged…
My nearly brand new car was damaged (long scratch down the side) while it was in this car park. I had taken video when I dropped it off which clearly shows no damage. When I reported this to the car park there was no interest in trying to resolve the situation and just attempts to wriggle out of responsibility. They offered me 50% discount off a future booking as a goodwill gesture!! I will never use this company again.

Great Service
Just used this service for a week away , flew from Bristol airport, phoned before arrival, went to drop off car park and within a few mins very friendly man was there to take car away. This was at 4am. On return collected cases , phoned to say we were ready and within a few mins my car was returned. Again very friendly man. We had great service, thank you.

Just returned back from a holiday to find our car has been damaged. Due to previous experiences with leaving our car we ALWAYS take a video of the car to
make sure and show there was no damage beforehand. We raised this issue to the man who works in the carpark who was extremely rude and tried blaming it on us even though clearly in our video
the damage was not there when we left!!! He said the paper work we signed declares that any damage isn't
their fault... we NEVER signed any paperwork!! When I asked him to show me the paperwork with my signature he said it was 'in the bin now! Which is
actually LAW that any business should retain and store documents for 3-7 years. As we were talking to this man another 5-6 boys came over and started
arguing. We've been given an email address to complain but from reading other reviews it doesn't look like anything gets sorted!!
