Recently bought a Peugeot 3008 from this dealership. Me and my partner dealt with Andy and we couldn't have asked for anyone better. We're located around 40 mins from the dealership and rang to enquire about the car. Within 10 minutes Andy had whatsapped over 3 Detailed videos of the inside and outside of the vehicle which is a great example of going above and beyond for the customer. We expressed that if we liked the car once viewed the following day after test driving we'd take it, again within minutes it was taken off of auto trader and put to the side for us. Once we confirmed that we would like to purchase, the car was ready to pick up after 5 days. Andy made the process really easy and went the extra mile to make sure we were always up to date throughout the process. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new car (with or without trade in). I have just purchased a Range Rover Evoque, I found it at A690 specialist cars!, we gave them a call and got through to Dean, he answered all our questions talked us through the car in detail, gave information about the place itself and as we lived so far away spoke to us about the delivery process. The car arrived the following Friday, serviced, new MOT and fully valeted….i was not disappointed and everything Dean told us about the car was spot on!. Its perfect! great car!, great value and worth every penny.

So myself and my partner Rob had been looking for a specific car for sometime ( Range Rover ) even travelling maybe 100 plus miles to look at cars that was not what it said on the tin. Bearing in mind we spent around 2 months looking for a half decent car not even realising this dealer ship was on our front door. Eventually we came across a car that we absolutely fell in love with on there website. We attended there showroom the following morning and was greeted by one of there sales executives called Dean whom approached us and introduced himself, he was very professional and friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience buying from A690 specialist cars LTD a stress free process from start to finish. We would defiantly recommend this Dealership to family and friends 100 percent. Also the CEO of this garage Phil introduced himself to us and told us a bit about his business which also we thought was really nice. You only have to pull up on there forecourt to see that every single motor there is to a very high standard and finish.

Recently needed a larger car for family reasons. Found what looked to be a really nice 14 reg VW Golf estate online at A690. Andy, the salesperson was incredibly helpful, gave us a good test drive, and had the car ready a week later. Had only one minor issue with the car (back up sensors not working). They honoured the warranty and sorted it out perfectly. They made buying the car a very easy and pleasant experience. Andy knew every detail of the car and walked through every button and dial with me before letting me take off. Nobody has done that in years! Really nice touch. Would I purchase from them again? Yes, but I'm hoping to be driving this car for a very long time still.

Took my Range Rover in to have the top tailgate re sprayed and the bottom tailgate repaired in respect of a large dent. Paul explained that the top part couldn’t be resprayed due to some issue with the metal on the door. Required a new door. Didn’t want to pay for a new one so Paul offered to source a 2nd hand one for me and to fit and re spray it. A week later and I’ve got my motor back looking like new. Plus they gave me a courtesy car to run round in so I wasn’t stuck.
