I had exchange students over, and this was their last night, and all they wanted was to do karaoke. So i came at about 20:00 without any reservation, so i came up to the bar to ask when the earliest time is, where i was told 21:30, so i left and asked the others if it was okay, and 5 minutes later i come back to the bar and said "Yes i would like to reserve that time"

21:25 i go down to the bar, to get ready, where i get told "Someone already booked the room over the website".

Bad customer service, and just rude service

Købte Pulled Duck til Junior, og Fish’n Chips til mig selv. Junior var mega skuffet over mængden af and, og min fisk burde have været sat ud igen da den ikke overholdt mindstemål. Det eneste store ved det måltid var prisen.
Vil anbefale en hver anden restaurant i Aalborg hvis man skal have Fish’n chips!
