Superb service, great quality work and superb value
I've been meaning to write this review for a while, as we have had quite a bit of work done over the past nine months having moved into a very old house. This includes paying the monthly subscription to A&A, which includes an annual boiler service in the price.
Ryan and Stephen have done a superb job in removing the old boiler and water tanks, replacing them with a new combi boiler and new radiators throughout the whole house.
They have both done an extremely good quality job, way beyond anything I have seen from any other jobbing plumbers before. The level of neatness of the work and how well they clear up afterwards is second to none.
They even helped us out with a leak that was nothing to do with the work they were doing, staying well beyond the time we were paying them for AND returning first thing Saturday morning to help us sort it out.
Hannah is brilliant on the management side and has always been able to sort out work slots convenient to us.
Of all the trades we've had work with us in our renovation project, and there have been a lot, these guys are definitely the best!!!

Highly recommended
We used A&A Gas to service our boiler and to carry out a power flush on our 14 year old central heating system.
Ryan arrived promptly, prepped the relevant areas by covering with protective sheets and continued to carry out the work diligently and in a timely manner. Upon completion all areas he'd been working on were left in a clean and tidy condition.
We can highly recommend this company.

I can’t recommend A&A too highly! Excellent responsive service when my boiler developed a problem. Engineers friendly, very efficient and professional and went out of their way to obtain parts quickly and get everything sorted. Very reassuring and great value.

Great Service
Called out to do an annual boiler service. Arrived as scheduled but found Heat Exchanger needed changing. Referred us on to Worcester Bosch for a fixed price out of warranty repair which was cheaper for us than using A&A. So hence they advised us against their interest, but in our interest. A very rare thing these days!!
Perfect service from both Worcester Bosch and A & A.
Will certainly be calling A & A again. Thank you.
