I own various properties in central london that are under the management of Aaron J Barclay. I can wholeheartedly recommend them for any landlord work and management. They are not only good value but very proactive and ruthless (in the right way).

Super 5 stars. I gained lots of good advice talking though my options with a representative of Aaron J Barclay and that made me feel comfortable and ultimately able to commit with a certain degree of confidence.

I was recommended this agent from a well known mums forum. They've got rave reviews there so I had very high expectations. If you're after an agent that will hold your hand through a very difficult and stressful process then this agent is for you. Unfortunately there are too many horror stories around from sellers who have used an online agent and now regret ever doing so. I'm very happy overall and therefore would recommend this agency to all my friends. I've had the pleasure of personally meeting one of the directors after a minor complaint and I'm happy to say that I was dealt with like a truly valued customer, this was after they had all my fees as well. Nothing was too much and now they have my custom for the foreseeable future.

Going through the process of selling my home has been made easier by Aaron J Barclay. A buyers survey recommended a check of all electrical installations in my house. It took one call and 48 hours for an EICR to be produced which certifies all electrics as being safe. The staff and website are full of good advice and guides on selling my property.

The guys at Aaron J Barclay have been working with me for a while now certifying all my properties for rental. I now have a close relationship with all of them. On this occasion I had an epc and Gas check done and now putting my flat in Kensington on rental. For busy landlords they offer property management which includes a full service. Including inventory, safety checks and all tenant finding and management. Whilst this isn't for me I would have no hestation in recommending them to other landlords.

Was ready for marketing and let out within a few days. Excellent turnaround.

The agent from Aaron J Barclay gave me some great advice on what my letting options were. The online guides and the guides given to me go through all aspects of letting and gave me lots of confidence when letting my property out.

Rented through them for the second year running. Good fees and no renewal fees which are common so much in London nowawdays. Good comms always as clear contracts. Friendly when you need them. Some might find the 2 monthly inspections a bit much though. As most tenants aren't home when they come they couldn't care less. They also offer add ons at an attractive price.

I am very happy so far in that the service has been very quick and to the point. My inventory survey was conducted in detail and very professionally. The clerk Victor was polite and spoke highly of his company and the team and Aaron J Barclay. I was given a brochure and some marketing material (which I didn't really ask for) when he realised I was renting the property out in due course. This isn't a bad thing because I expect my estate agent to be pushy and on the ball. The marketing approach by Aaron J Barclay looks impressive and with all the extra added value looks very inviting. I have used some other agents in the past who I have had problems with. So let's see.

Our plans changed and I didn't use this agent in the end but they offered the best advice, seemed more professional and keen on my property and over all offered me the most reassurance as to why I should use them. I would recommend based on that their feedback so far.

I urgently needed inspections done before confirming my offer and they obliged with lightening quick service. Will use again.

Very nice experience from Aaron J barclay. There were some repairs to do before they did the inspection and testing and they kindly agreed to come back at a later date. No extra charges and I was grateful for that. I have had other experience with you and more often then not your levels of service have been without fault. Recommended.

It was great to do business with a knowledgeable member of staff from your agency. As stated previously I will make sure I use you again with my other rentals and recommend you to friends.

I specifically wanted a detailed inventory done for our 2 bed flat before letting the property out to friends of mine. The report was very exact and I was able to edit and make some revisions and get it exactly how I wanted the wording. The clerk was on time and very precise. The follow up service was great and all in all a very good price and service. If the need arises I will be using your letting service very soon. Congratulations on a good job.

Found them through another landlord who lets his property with them. I used them for my annual service and safety check. All done on time. Was updated with progress and safety checks received via email. Only thing i didn't like was paying upfront but that only made process super fast. Recommend.

I ordered electrical items testing for my surgery. Engineer came and did the work on the same day and was very patient with staff working around them and waiting for them to turn off appliances after saving work. I will use again when it comes to renewal.
