He was highly professional, gave good advice and worked incredibly hard dealing with the challenges in getting the transaction home. We trusted him 100%. He was persistent in chasing up the solicitors and lenders, following up any delays. We saw him with our buyers and his friendly respectful approach meant that they also trusted him.
