My social circumstances like many of late had changed leading me to find a new home. I can honestly say that the support from the staff in the Glossop branch was amazing. I didn't have a clue about the area and I explained what i thought I needed to which the team had a very good idea of what would be my ideal home. Well just over 2 weeks later I now have the keys to my new accommodation and are really happy. The team supported me through the completing of online documents and signing on day of Key collection.
Im so very Happy I would recommend anyone to first approach the team at Simplelettings (Glossop).

I came across the agency by chance. I spoke for the first time to Pedro who welcome me and my son. Pedro was the reason I started to look at the Simple Lettings properties to rent.

I have been looking for the right place for ages and I met many agents; it is not just about the property you visit, yet is also the way is presented to you. Pedro showed me the house I’m now renting, his honesty and professionalism in talking about the pros and cons of the property' made me feel safe and helped me to feel clear on my decision.

Renting a house became very difficult in our days, and often I was feeling not ‘taken into consideration’ as a tenant. Pedro showed me care and also told me every requirement I would need in order to really be able to rent the place which can avoid waste of time -

It's hard enough to find properties to rent,but the service I got from simple lettings was excellent and so helpful.

Friend recommended this company,checked their prices on their website, defo will be using them.

Contacted simple lettings as my boiler stopped working, they told me that they will inform the landlord and arrange for gas engineer to come and have a look. Happy so far with service and prompt response . Let's hope engineer turns up on time.

Highly recommend to avoid any headache as I and my family were very happy with their services.
