I love your pants, but this time I ordered a size c because I have lost a lot of weight. You obviously decided that I made a mistake because of the last pair I bought which were size D. This time I definitely ordered a smaller size, size C. I don’t know how to return them so I have set them aside. I love the colour.
May I also say your wording is very aggressive towards your customers, such a shame!

I love the jeans. I’ve recently gotten my daughter wearing them.

I love these pants. They are so comfortable and everyone tells me I look super skinny. My only constructive comment would be that I wish they came in a petite size. They are a little bit too long and therefore don’t look so good with boots. I now have 4 pairs and I will be buying more colors very soon

The jeans arrived. But they are a *lot* smaller than they said they would be and they stink of dye. Sending them back.

These are great pants, great fit and easy wash and wear. I now have 5 pairs and I love them.

The product zipper was not placed in the garment correctly. Both sides did not match up. It could not be zippered up all the way. One side was placed higher than the other. Color of the garment was odd. Not true to the picture shown on your website. Price was high for the type of product I received. Will not order again.

I received my pants, and the sizing was not accurate. I would have been ok with just that, but the zipper was also broken. When I inquired about returning or exchanging them, I was told that I would have to pay for the shipping in order to return them. These were not particularly inexpensive to start with, but I wasn't willing to spend more money for poor quality pants. Very disappointing experience.

I really love these pant for work🥰 professional and flattering but, most of all, comfortable! I have a curvy athletic build with thicker legs and a smaller waist so the stretch is perfect.

The product is good, but unfortunately I listened to the reviews and they said they ran big. And ordered the smaller size. While I was told I could exchange them, i would have to pay for shipping. That would be $200. I bought 4 pairs of pants and that what I paid for them, there is no way I will pay that. So I am stuck with 4 pairs of pants that I will never wear and for that reason I am giving them a 1 star. It is a shame, because other then that I think you would have a lot more happy customers on your hands!

Quick shipment. Excellent product. This is my fourth order totaling 10+Every time I loose weight I pass my AB pants down for others to enjoy and get the next size.I love the stretch and the material never sags always well fitted.

As a customer who already owned 6 pairs of these skinny jeans, and was happy with them, I ordered 3 more pairs in August. Unfortunately when they arrived I was very sick, in and out of hospital and frequently bedbound. I wasn't well enough to try them on within the 7-day Returns window, and as I already own 6 pairs, didn't think there would be an issue. When I did try them on, I found they were an inch or two shorter than my previous pairs, and wider too. I emailed AB asking if I could return them anyway due to my circumstances but they just don't seem to reply to emails. I also sent a reminder, still nothing, so their claim to reply to emails within 24 hours is.... inaccurate. Obviously, I won't be dealing with this company ever again. I prefer to buy from companies professional enough to respond to emails.
