I generally love these pants
I generally love these pants, my latest pair which I bought in my usual size sits a little too loose though which is a bummer. These are quite short on a tall girl like me (5'9), but I usually make them work with boots in winter.

faulty product. terrible customer service
A zipper on a pair of skinny pants I ordered is faulty. The company has ignored my contact via the website and also via two emails. It's pretty poor. I won't order from them again and wouldn't recommend them. There's no excuse for terrible customer service when there are plenty of other companies out there who provide great products and great service. I made a mistake ordering from AB Skinny Pants. I won't make it again.

Quality and Price Change
I have ordered your skinny pants several times. The last order was not the same quality, did not fit the leg tight (skinny), and were somewhat baggy. In addition the price was much higher than the first orders I made. I LOVED your pants every other time and have recommended to friends who also purchased. I will most likely not buy again and certainly not recommend because the pants were completely different. :(

My order came quickly but size wasn't right. They said I could exchange. Big mistake sending them back- Auspost tracking shows they arrived but haven't heard a word since. They have ignored my emails

The size chart is not accurate
The size chart is not accurate. I orderd two diffrent sizes to be sure and both did not fit.
Trowsers were too short as well (I am 1,70cm)
Returns are supposed to be sent to Thailand!! Lost money anyways.
