Terrible experience today. Got a cab back from Gatwick and said would said payment link which they said they would do. Instead it came up cash payment when I called they said not to worry as can driver had one. Once home the driver said he didnt and needed paying cash. After them apparently trying to send the link and saying my number failed in their system to send it. Never heard anything so stupid. Clearly was an issue there side. Made me go get the monet out and kept my bag till I did. Guy on the phone was rude and just blamed me. Horrible cab company. Lost a good customer.

My elderly patients needed a taxi for a hospital appointment. We booked in advance,online and selected an option to pay the advertised fare in cash rather than online as was cheaper.
1 hour before the journey my mum received a phone call from abba cars to say the price had gone up!
Due to the limited time they paid the increase but the added stress was not needed for an already stressful hospital appointment.
This is unacceptable and disgraceful service and we will definitely not be using them again.
Give your taxi fare to another company that have principles and treat people well.
