There's no better work place than in Abbatt's Group. From Ms Jo, Ms Rugile to Mr Aurfan Ramzan, these holy trinity has provided the best atmosphere for conducive execution of the field Officers work.

The poor organization within the recruitment consultancy has led to unorganized management and a waste of time. The senior recruiter consultant lacks proper training and does not effectively manage their team, resulting in inefficiencies and lost opportunities.

Aurfan Ramzan has provided Concierge and caretaking work for me for the past 4 years! I receive great rates of pay weekly,work close to where I live and enough work for anytime I wish to work.
Over 4 years,Aurfan has ensured that I am provided with an amazing staff room,bottled water,coffee tea,sugar and in some cases a shower facility. They choose the people just for where come from use they just when need is absolutely the worst company manipulate ever seen in my life fake manipulate people are just a object never trust any small woman here o Little small men with cream on the hands

Bad experience as zero hours as a tem.
Even after 2 years of your dedicated work they just can cancel you place (read income) in last minutes without provide another place...because they dont care. They can keep you hang like this a few days or even put you on them off list. This is old fashioned practice which treat adults as a children's and should immediately stops or should be reported immediately to the HR! Some staff there is in charge to do this to them onw working people. They also advertise themselves all the time in term on practising those behaviour which I explained.

Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about their placements and assignments quickly matched to assignments

Abbatt recruitment is a fantastic property agency to work for, staff are very proactive.
The best part of my experience is that i get to work where celebrities and politicians lives and get to know more people i never thought of meeting physically.
Jessica is one of my favourite staff because she listening to me and solve issues quickly.(smiles)

If you looking for skill equipment , adventure, inspiration, motivation, into residential management, then Abbat is the best company to work for . I would recommend temporary as its adventurous when you get to work on different sites. You will find challenging sites and at the same time very quiet and beautiful sites. The architecture of most of the buildings, pent houses , to mention but a few.
In terms of payments, they pay every Friday, so the power is on you to stress the team with as many shifts as you can.
I loved travelling allover London as to be honest , most shifts are from 8 hours and above.
I love their system of booking you in advance which is usually from 12 hours to weeks in advance. This helps you prepare and also the idea of going for an 1 hour site handover is more relaxing for you get to know of the site before your official shifts commence.
The team can be contacted 24 hours for any support.
And above all, there is growth and prosperity from temping to permanent and from concierge to building managers.
NB. I enjoyed working at sites where celebrities live.
